One of the biggest reasons to use Klenty is the ease and convenience of use. Its Pricing is also less compared to other tools in the market because Klenty is specifically for email automation and has not tried adding all kinds of different features. It is designed with a direct …
HubSpot CRM was primarily designed for inbound and it still provided multiple options for setting up outbound as well. However, Klenty allows us to focus more on calling, and HubSpot CRM was more aligned towards making everything stick together for it to work. Klenty, on the …
They're not direct competitors, but they share many of the same functionalities. Gong has a greater focus on spoken communications, such as calls and demos, rather than emails. I think Gong also has stronger AI capabilities at the moment. However, I don't believe so, Gong would …
In order of what my choices would be with the options above: Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach, Unify, Amplemarket In my opinion, Apollo is terrible and the only reason it is still solvent is that startups with no money need a solution to have some sort of data enrichment and have a …
Outreach is a great tool, but it may not be the most effective one. It is very cost-effective, but teams can easily outgrow outreach. Outreach is more sophisticated than Salesloft. However, Apollo is far more refined and more in-depth from a functionality standpoint. I would …
Outreach has better email deliverability and brand reputation compared to its competitors. The pricing and licensing model also fits in with our requirements. Importantly, our leadership and sales teams recommend using Outreach, as they are comfortable with the platform due to …
We stuck with Outreach in the past because Groove did not have as advanced trigger options, but we liked the benefits that Groove has with a native Salesforce integration. Ultimately, we stayed with Outreach because we did not have the bandwidth in order to implement a new …
Salesforce, Apollo, and HubSpot offer similar capabilities, but they simply don't meet the needs. They're more useful for other processes. But for specifically doing outreach as an AE or BDR, Outreach has everything you need. The integrations are great, the software is easy to …
Outreach is more detailed and gives you mroe abilility to drill down than Apollo. Apollo may be better for fidning outbound data source but it falls short in other areas and overall is a lesser tool in my opinion. Outreach also is more visual with showing responses and …
Outreach has the superior task workflows and sequence workflow. If that is what you are hoping to use Outreach has you covered. They also have the pipeline management that is passable and then Kaia which can add in the call coaching. Overall it has everything that you need in …
I find Outreach more robust and I can do more within the platform. However, I do think Salesloft was easier to manage. When I say this, I mean that getting tasks done quickly and managing the sequences + prospects within them was more flexible (less errors and ease of use / …
Simply put, VanillaSoft is a better value for your dollar than any CRM I have tried on the market. Although Salesforce is a good product, it is way too expensive for many small to medium-sized businesses. VanillaSoft offers a premiere CRM experience that businesses of any size …
VanillaSoft is a lot easier to use and manage (from the admin perspective) when compared to using SalesLoft or Outreach. Since our main requirement was related to customization of the whole product, VanillaSoft hit the nail hard at the right place and the right time for us. …
We've evaluated SalesLoft instead of VanillaSoft as they had similar features that we were looking for. We decided on VanillaSoft as we had better close references from it, but we didn't find any issue with SalesLoft.
VanillaSoft has more internal functionality than ring central. It has an easy learning process for our virtual assistants and allows for immediate implementation. It allows for us to check our staffs' productivity and keep things in check. Also, it makes dialing really really …
VanillaSoft has very similar offerings to Outreach in terms of usability and opportunities for streamlined prospect engagement. The main differences lie with their user experience, customer service, and how information is presented through the platform in terms of knowledge …
VanillaSoft stacks up against Microsoft Power BI very well by allowing the data visualization in a more effective way, Power BI has positioned itself as one of the more robust and intuitive tools for business intelligence and data presentation. VanillaSoft and Microsoft Power …
VS could add the hard copy mail correspondence to be more on the same level with Rocket Referrals. Also the ability to send out testimonial/review requests would be another nice addition for VS.

Chose VanillaSoft
Ruffalo Noel Levitz Engage was the previous platform used. VanillaSoft is much more user-friendly and allows in-house customization and implementation reducing costs.
It's been so many years since I've used the others, but the VanillaSoft is well above and beyond the two I listed. The ease of functions, flexibility in setup, and the outbound calling and email features are leaps and bounds above the others. I could not see ever going back to …
I cannot recall which other products we considered so many years ago, but VanillaSoft has been a great choice. We have been so impressed with their Support team's responsiveness.
I have not been able to use any other systems like VanillaSoft and I am actually very happy about that. VanillaSoft does any and everything I need it to in order to work. What I like best about VanillaSoft is that it is so easy to navigate the system by the categories, …
I have not used any other products like VanillaSoft. Since I have been with my company we have only operated with VanillaSoft. I assume this is because of the many benefits that come with working with VanillaSoft and lack of issues experienced over the years. I hope to continue …
VanillaSoft is used for a different purpose than Revolution EHR, so it's hard to compare the two. VanillaSoft has been easier to learn how to use though.
VanillaSoft is far more user friendly than any other CRM I have ever used. With GoldMine, CampusNexus, etc., we were never able to make changes ourselves. Any changes had to be made by developers. With VanillaSoft, you can completely customize the experience yourself and you …
All these systems were great, but VanillaSoft in my opinion is less complicated, easier to use and navigate, as well as VanillaSoft is just as productive, fast and effective as the others are. Their customer support is second to none. I feel very very confident in trusting …
VanillaSoft fits well with our smaller organization. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate. I will be exploring the rest of the features to train my team to get the most functionality it has to offer for us. I really like using the VS Connect as I've never used that type of …
I have used Salesforce but feel that it is an old outdated platform. VanillaSoft has more capabilities that make it easy to do all your work from one platform. It's easy to see who you have contacted and what you did in your daily work. It has helped me build my pipeline fast …
Klenty is great for outbound sales setups. It allows to make more number of calls, allows those call tasks to be tied with sequences, and pushes for maximum efficiency. It does have functionality limitations as compared to other CRMs, but makes up for it for what it does have and delivers on that exceptionally.
Outreach has made a huge impact to our business. As with any software, the key is in the implementation and making sure that all reps are onboarded and trained effectively to maximise the platforms capability. We have a sales team of 35, which includes customer success, whilst the platform may be suited for a larger business, for a company of this size this has been ideal
VanillaSoft is well suited for the call center scenarios, it helps the representatives to keep all the leads information well organized and in one single place to speed up daily tasks efficiently and effectively. VanillaSoft is easy to set up, even someone who is new can have it up and running in minutes.
One of my favorite features is the ability to customize routing. Quite often a caller is told by a prospect to call back at a certain date and time, the caller can set that and the record will pop up in the front of the database on that date and time letting you know that you have a call to make.
We also send out information on behalf of our clients to prospects, which we do directly out of VanillaSoft. After the information is emailed the system will actually let us know when it was opened and moved that prospect record to the front of the database to be a priority in call rotation.
I also love that we were able to customize it so that the callers have everything they need to see right in front of them. We have a area that has the prospects information, name and address, then an area that has required information fields with questions the caller needs to ask and place answers in the appropriate fields, then we have an area with a notepad, an area to access the calendar, and an area that gives the caller all the previous activity on the record.
These are considered strengths for us as all of these examples make my job and the callers job much easier and saves us a ton of time and money.
When sequencing, I need to mark multiple leads, and using the search bar, it will uncheck all the leads that were previously checked.
Calls drop constantly.
Syncing contacts and leads with SF is challenging. The buttons to synchronize with CRM are available when searching for a contact or lead, but you cannot sync it when viewing the lead or contact itself.
Based simply on cost savings, it would make the most sense for us to utilize Salesforce Sales Engagement moving forward. We already pay for access as part of our contract and it would provide more users with access to a sales automation tool. Upon vetting its capabilities, we've determined it can effectively replicate the core functionality that we get out of Outreach.
We have no reason not to renew. VanillaSoft has been the best CRM (for us) that we have ever used. The value is great, we love the system, and it's easy to get assistance from VanillaSoft team when needed. Our team is so used to the calling and admin functions there is no desire to change.
Klenty is easy to learn, I have onboarded more than 4 sales executive on Klenty so far and they have never came with query again, it is very easy to use and its UI is designed with lots of simplicity with lots of advance features.
Overall, Outreach is usable and scalable across team sizes. The only reason I give a nine and not a 10 is that there are improvements that can be made within the reporting feature. It is usable, but not everyone can easily self-learn the best practices. At times, it may require building 2-3 reports and then using a VLOOKUP in Excel to achieve the desired outcome.
The entire system is set up so perfectly. It makes training callers much quicker, and admin tools are so easy to navigate when you get used to using it. Also, if there is ever something I cannot figure out, I can get support from VanillaSoft very quickly to resolve and get my task accomplished.
For the most part Outreach is always available. There are sometimes when they do a new update, and things might get glitchy for a couple of days. They usually fix it very quickly. Same thing if the dialer goes out or something. It is always handled in a timely manner.
It is very rare that we have system issues. Maybe a handful of times over the years, we had to contact support about being unable to access. It was always a quick response from the VanillaSoft team, and they would clearly explain the issue and usually give time frame on fixing, or have it fixed immediately.
Outreach's performance overall is very high quality. Pages load right away. Occasionally it might take a minute to generate a report, but not any slower than in other platforms I've used. Outreach is integrated into many of our other tools and seems to be a very clean integration. Everything runs very quickly.
I work on all aspects for VanillaSoft for our company. The pages overall do load very quickly. Reports are amazing, I can get quick report, customized reports, and anything I may need to present to client in very little time. It has made my job so much simpler. As far as I know, integration goes smoothly as well.
There is almost zero customer support. What they do offer is a live chat feature which is active during "normal" business hours which is nice for instant inquiries if someone is available. However, you do not have a dedicated representative to address questions or concerns and their billing process is confusing and messy without any support.
We were trained in person and it was very easy to understand. And if we missed any pointers there was more training given to us. So i always like this tool. The drafts were also prepared for us to sync outreach with our devices so it was straightforward. Highly recommend
Lots of attention from the Outreach training team, with a great willingness to customize to our needs. To be clear, you get out what you put in. If you don't work with them, you'll get cookie-cutter training. But we asked for a lot of customization, and they delivered what we asked for.
It was very thorough. VanillaSoft team did not rush us. They explained the various functions clearly and were open to any and all questions we had as we began to learn the system. Also, once training completed, if we encountered anything we could not figure out, the support team was fantastic in helping us out.
I expected more assistance in connecting Outreach with Salesforce. We have a basic connection, but many fields were left without a sync. We can apparently sync data without adding the app into Salesforce, but believe we could get more functionality with a better integration. The basics of setting up our sequences and using Outreac to run them was was fine.
One of the biggest reasons to use Klenty is the ease and convenience of use. Its Pricing is also less compared to other tools in the market because Klenty is specifically for email automation and has not tried adding all kinds of different features. It is designed with a direct purpose, which is to solve by automating emails and follow up with the prospects. Klenty also helps in identifying the right prospects or hot prospects from the campaign and shows in a task to reach out on LinkedIn or via call or to send personalised emails, which improves overall performance and increases the number of demo calls.
They're not direct competitors, but they share many of the same functionalities. Gong has a greater focus on spoken communications, such as calls and demos, rather than emails. I think Gong also has stronger AI capabilities at the moment. However, I don't believe so, Gong would be ideal for prospecting and mass outreach, as Outreach is. Outreach is more suitable for exploration and outbound communications management, whereas Gong is better suited for deal and pipeline management and analysis.
VanillaSoft has very similar offerings to Outreach in terms of usability and opportunities for streamlined prospect engagement. The main differences lie with their user experience, customer service, and how information is presented through the platform in terms of knowledge base and analytics. Both are suitable tools, the differentiation comes down to preference of interface and data presentation.
When I first joined the company we were a sales team of 10. Over the last 4 years we have grown to 30 and have used Outreach the entire time. Everyone uses Outreach and it works for virtually any size business. The seat model works perfectly for any size company plus Outreach can handle hundreds of thousands of emails being sent out. We never have to worry about throttling or any type of lag time based on usage. This is key when scaling.
VanillaSoft has been great. The flexibility of the system is wonderful. The scalable software options are impressive as well. I would strongly support VanillaSoft's capabilities in this area. You really can do just about anything to get the setup and or integrations you may desire for your company needs.
Much higher outbound volume, with more demos booked as a result. More demos = more revenue from deals that end up closing.
Shorter ramp time for new reps; outreach is very set-it-and-forget; we can add leads to a sequence for new sellers; and their output is all coming from one place.
Has allowed us to iterate on our outbound strategy, pivot away from what isn't working, and double down on what is -- thereby optimizing for what will bring in more new business.
The ability to save my correspondence and notes on each interaction allowing for the appearance to the customer that I am very engaged when we are speaking.
Increased sales from the calendar setting and saving my notes.
