  • Refer a friend or colleague for a job opening.
  • Apply yourself for a new position.
  • The PTO and vacation process is very simple, fully online, and the forms are easy to fill out. Reports are quickly sent to our managers for approval. Maybe it sounds like I’m exaggerating, but I’m really not — maybe it's just something we take for granted. I used to work at a great company with an absolutely terrible system. For over ten years, they couldn’t manage to replace it. Simple things like requesting time off, getting a raise, or uploading documents took forever — sometimes months — and even the IT team struggled with it. Compared to that, Rippling truly feels like magic.
  • Again: Intuitive, simple, just how it should be! We already have work and tasks that are often complicated! An HR system that is meant to help employees shouldn’t add to our workload, stress, or become a source of problems.

  • The complex customized report is still a challenge between two departments. Comparison reports still lack across the departments.
  • The icons can be more visualized for better search, otherwise it will take time to go with menus.
  • The alignment in data points should be more accurate and specific with centralized key points according to their menu.
  • The help and reference links should always be their on each page to switch quickly.

  • Can easily be over complicated and not intuitive (probably user error due to too much bespoke processing allowed at implementation)
  • Reporting. Some of the basic stuff is good as is advanced analytics. Stories takes too long to load, tiles are not usable. Better automated reporting without going through an API build in IT
  • No visibility of the proper field names in SF. In ERP you could press F1 and see the proper field name which helped in problem solving

Rippling continues to innovate and amaze me with their new innovations and features. Product feedback is taken seriously so I always give it whenever I can and end up seeing results. Rippling is the new wave of HRIS that cannot compare against others in the industry just due to the fact they are super user friendly!

Rippling is very intuitive and easy to use. That's one of the things I like the most about this platform. It has nice integrations and the dashboard is great to guide through all of the different features you can find and use. It takes a while to get use to it but it's not because of the app is more because there is a lot of information to manage when you have work benefits

Overall simple to navigate and conduct actions. Some of the form are clunky and don’t feel modern both from desktop and mobile.
From an admin perspective, it’s frustrating there are 2 different ways to manage the solution due to FO’s. The talent modules are great but more guidance and support need to be presented to users.

Reliability and Availability

I like that the availability in using Rippling at any given time is useful to me. Getting on the site freely when I need gives me security of knowing that I can be in control of viewing health insurance and hours information. I have yet to get any errors in using the Rippling app.

Until now we have not had serious availability problems with SuccessFactors, we had Microsoft Active Directory and SSO with ADFS and we had availability problems but because of problems with ADFS, we migrated to Azure AD and with that the availability problems of SuccessFactors because of ADFS went away. The only windows of unavailability that we have had are those that we are communicated to do maintenance and upgrades.

Rippling's performance has been great, no errors or glitches yet so far. I am confident that Going from one page to the next and all its complexity usage does not lag or times out, it works effectively and efficiently. While using Rippling and other apps it does not tend to slow it down, works great. No complaints.

The performance is very good, the truth is that we have not had serious performance problems, some complex reports may take a little longer, but considering the complexity and the amount of records it is an acceptable time. We have never received a complaint from users regarding page loading speed.

Because when I seek help it is readily available and the answers we get are competent. It is so frustrating to call companies and get an answering machine or to get transferred 12 times to only leave a message. With Rippling when someone assists you it is timely and more importantly it is competent help. I rate competence higher than kindness because anyone can be a kind buffoon but I need someone who may be correct and direct but also handled my problem and efficiently directed me on how to fix it.

It's really easy to implement in comparison to other tools or applications. Different key points are easily configured and implemented as per need, having different configurations in systems. Implementation is something which binds the different parameters of an organization in a single row. Implementation of rippling is much easier, quicker, and error free than any other software. I recommend it strongly!

As we were new with all this, we would greatly appreciate if we had assitance directly from SAP so we can implement the modules with all of its features and best practices. Unfortunately, we notice that the partner left some thing incomplete.

Rippling is easier to use. It has everything you need in one place. You don’t have to jump from one app to the next to get everything done. It is a one-stop shop. I think this might be the smoothest transition with Rippling I have experienced.

SAP SuccessFactors is a very user-friendly application, it stacks up very well against competition, such as Oracle PeopleSoft HCM. We selected SAP SuccessFactors because we are already using a lot of other SAP solutions, such as SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform. It allows us to have single-sign on and one vendor with multiple solutions.

I can go on here and see all my hours and pto plus health benefits. I like to have the work handbook handy to refer to legal things. How to work my role within it's limits. Being able to put in my hours and view when they are approved is a huge benefit for me.

  • The company has many employees more than 70, having the possibility of reducing workloads for the human resources team reduces costs substantially.
  • Employees can significantly reduce minor procedures by having the ability to make changes to their contracts immediately. The system automates these reports so that the HR team can obtain all statuses in real time.
  • The peace of mind that comes from having the system periodically report the status of a payment reduces the number of queries and potential inconveniences to the employer.
