Chose Zoho Analytics
Because Zoho Analytics is an interface that sits on top of the data, it is limited to what it can perform. It is however a good product for the right use case. In our case, data is CRM - facebook ads data, google ads data, and a few other sources. This is the same issue that G…
Since we use Zoho Forms, it's way easier for us to integrate Zoho Analytics with Zoho Forms. We can easily connect Zoho Forms as a data source and setup a chart view without any unecessary manual intervention.
Our team, which is just one decision-maker for this kind of thing, evaluated the different offerings and presented us with the options. I'm sure he considered more than the three above, but I remember him talking about those 3. He explained what he thought would be best and …
While Tableau may have more versatility and visual appeal, it requires the addition of a database to store all the data you want to report on, is more complex to get setup and working correctly, and is also more expensive overall. Zoho Analytics is an all in one package …
Due to multiple features and more customizable dashboards, you can make which are not present in other platforms which I have compared during purchase time. Even further you can format the dashboard as per your choice which is another best features since we have to share our …
We used Yellowfin for 1 year and it really doesn't compare to Zoho Analytics because it doesn't have the native integration with ManageEngine's tools and the customization is more technical, Zoho Analytics lets you create dashboards automatically, immediately when you connect …
Excel is really the other alternative I've used for analysis. Anyone who's used it knows that it's fine if you have a single 2 dimensional table, and not suitable when you have multiple tables that have multiple relations. Mapping out relationships in Zoho Analytics was pretty …
Being a Zoho One customer we've not ever evaluated any other BI tool. I've looked at tools from Google, Microsoft, and Saleforce but not deep enough to consider has alternatives to Zoho Analytics.
Since implementing Zoho Reports, we haven't used anything else as it very much fits our needs at this time. We found that it was easier to use compared to other systems that we had tested out.
In comparison, it seems to handle data integration better than Tableau and at a cheaper cost.

Microsoft is the basic for any small business who starts with reporting. As you scale and your data grows you feel the requirement of professional reporting suite that can keep up with the velocity and size of data. Empower your sales team with timely alerts and should not …
I used Google Charts for a bit but I realized that it hugely lacked the right tools and functionality that we needed as a business and the data wasn't properly analyzed because of its many limitations. As of right now, we don't have this issue with Zoho Analytics and we have …
Power BI, Tableau are leaders in data visualization tool industry. They provide extensive features and they are priced accordingly. Excel is still my go to tool for analysis on my local machine but it likes functionalities like Zoho app sync, customizable dashboard and AI …
We mainly selected Zoho Analytics because of the value for money. You can do most things that Power BI or Tableau can do, or at least a similar report. Major feature differences aren't essential to our reporting needs.
It does not even stand close to the Books or CRM system we use today. Much work is needed and the price of $50 per month per seat is absolutely unjustified.
Zoho Reports was probably the best reporting suite between the similar products mentioned above but the lack of integration and proper support within the other Zoho products made it unusable.
We required a full-featured corporate working tool, and Hubspot wasn't the most excellent alternative. We were guaranteed that Zoho CRM may fill up the holes in our earlier framework. Furthermore, Zoho is fantastically cost-effective for indeed the most minor endeavors, giving …
So while Zoho has a wide range of options for automation but those are like old age. Totango has all the new age features such as web hooks, scheduled data uploads, simpler API, higher email deliverability and better UI ofcourse as compared to Zoho CRM
Zoho CRM has the main features of major tools in the market, but more cost effective and with better pricing. And compared with most of other platforms, Zoho CRM needs less technical knowledge and skills for module customizations and simple integrations.
To be honest this tool was already implemented at the company when I started with them. But what I can tell, is that I've worked with multiple CRM tools in the past and Zoho is the best one. It's a piece of cake to work with the tool, it's really flexible, the learning curve is …
Salesforce was too expensive at 3x the cost, not as customizable, couldn't meet our project needs and developers were +2x the cost. MS Dynamics, although customizable, was larger than our.
Zoho CRM was the first and only CRM we've used. It's met our needs from day one and has grown with us as we've grown. We are a Zoho One customer so we do use many more Zoho apps in tandem with Zoho CRM, but never really consider any other CRM products or direct competitors to …
Zoho CRM has the best capabilities and features for the price. It is incredibly versatile and unbelievable value for money. Some things need to be "extended" with add-ons or other feature-specific apps from Zoho that connect pretty well. It is also very scalable, so we could …
Zoho Analytics does a pretty decent job across all aspects. Still, on the dashboard part, Zoho Analytics is really good compared to other BI Analytical tools. It offers a wide range of dashboard options and allows users to customize them based on needs and requirements. On the other hand, for customer reports, it falls a little short.
Interfacing with our target clients at the correct minute is crucial in today's society. Another valuable include is its capacity to coordinated with other programs. It helps me in keeping track of the every day work emails I send to my colleagues or get. Zoho CRM makes it straightforward to consequence or send out information agreeing to our needs. Zoho makes a difference keep in mind individuals by means of e-mail and pop-ups, which dispenses with the issue of overlooking follow-ups and reminders. This not as it were helps within the organization of this incredible instrument but moreover within the execution of data.
Zoho Analytics’ predictive analytics capabilities can help forecast future trends, allowing for proactive planning and risk management.
Performance Monitoring: We can track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, such as sales, marketing, finance, and HR. This aids in identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
I'm guessing it's out there somewhere but I really could have used a 'quick start guide' or guided start.
Once I figured it out, it makes sense how to make sure the right data is provided in order to make dashboards quite flexible--- but without examples, I found it quite a challenge
The initial organization of Analytics is NOT intuitive. Once in context, the organizational features make sense, but (at least initially) it would have been most useful if the organization of Analytics reports in Zoho Analytics had saved me a lot of time.
Need some way to switch a field type without losing the pre-existing data.
The settings controls should be broken out differently - I don't like that I can't keep some users from exporting all contact records (i.e., the entire Contacts module) because if the export function is turned off, the export function of Reports for those same modules is also blocked.
Frustrating that only 3 custom lookup fields are allowed per module in our license.
I'd give this an 11 if I could! As our business moves forward we hope to use Zoho Analytics more then we do now. Creating better reports and dashboards for our management team to evaluate the health of our business and to provide more insightful reports for our customers. The possibilities are endless with this tool
i have already renewed my subscription twice. I am in the 3rd Year now. I have been using it for a while and have been recommending to my friends as well.. have attended ZOHOLICs the annual program of zoho and it gave me new insights of managing the crm solutoin.
I think Zoho Analytics is excellent for visualizing the data. I don't spend much time preparing the data or creating the charts, graphs, and reports, so I can't discuss that. I do know that our team spends a LOT less time working on the reports now than they used to. Zoho has saved them a great deal of time.
The methodology of the 'out of the box' user interface is fairly easy to learn. In some cases however, the interface is not consistent throughout the software. Upgrades to the interface has certainly improved some of this--- but now we are seeing the same kinds of inconsistencies across Zoho apps, particularly those more recently added to their platform. This issue is not major in that everybody on staff seems able to learn how to work the programs--- it's just annoying and less than efficient when inconsistent user interfaces or inconsistent terms are used in the programs and/or the requisite documentation.
ZOHO is a very reliable company/product. We never had any issues with downtime or inaccessibility to our data. Any type of maintenance that they had to perform was clearly communicated and never an issue. We use a lot of external hooks and we've never had any issues with getting ZOHO to communicate with any of those hooks.
In my many years using Zoho, I think there were only 1 or 2 days when there was something happening and I was not able to log in. Sure, it wasn't fun and we all panicked a bit, but right after that, all was well and work-life continued. Being cloud based, I'm never worried about losing my iPhone, iPad or Laptop as I know I can log in anywhere on any device and workflow won't stop.
ZOHO has obviously invested a lot of time effort and money in to creating a reliable infrastructure with high availability. We've never had any issues with performance and all of our data crunching small to large has always been well within reason. We have come to appreciate the performance of ZOHO and will continue to use it for all of our data needs.
I don't recall every having any issues with a page not loading due to it being a Zoho issue. Anytime I've had any issues with something being wonky, I clear cache and that has always solved the problem. Or a simply computer reboot and we're back, hard at work. Look, I don't expect any product to delivery 100%, 100% of the time but if I had any consistent ongoing issues, I would have left many years ago. I still keep my eyes open to what is new but after a quick evaluation, I know Zoho will long be my home.
The support team is honestly not that great. At times, it seems as if members of our own team know more about the product than the support team. They must not have a lot of training or the turnaround is quick
We did the training and that was a huge waste of money. The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). I offered up a 9 because we were able to find what we needed on your website.
I attended a Zoho-Holics event in Austin, TX, several years ago, and it blew my mind. So many industries were represented using Zoho in so many different ways. It was unbelievable all that I learned from that experience, as there were features that I wasn't aware of that I immediately started using. Best of all, the trainers were patient and knowledgeable
There is an endless supply of YouTube videos from Zoho and the many Zoho partners/consultants. Plus, Zoho has it's own library of training videos and webinars to learn from plus an entire community at the ready to answer any questions. While Zoho has been available for many years, there are constantly new training videos and webinars available for the novice and the experienced users.
If your external data sources are previously organized and correlated (e.g.: in your datawarehouse or database) your implementation will be easier. Of cource some not previously predicted correlation would be necessary to be done during the implementation, but if your organization let it to be all done into Zoho Analytics, it will take more time from your team.
When you switch CRMs, you can automatically assume everything isn’t going to match up correctly. We had used Salesforce for 10+ years and had a ton of data and customizations. It was not a clean transfer, but we were able to sort it all out. The only issue that really bothered me was Zoho support. Even simple questions couldn’t be answered over chat, and we would have some team members try for hours to find the right answer
Looker is more of a database. Build your own customization data sets and reporting. At the same time, Looker's forecasting tool seems more accurate. I like Zoho's visual analytics of the data more. Zoho is better for presenting the data to others, while Looker is more raw data, drilling down into the numbers review.
Free user access was one reason to use it more than any other software. Also, for a mid-size organization, the Salesforce cost was a little higher, and Pipedrive was almost similar to Zoho. As we were already using Zoho, we found no urgency to switch.
I think Zoho CRM is priced at a reasonable amount. Simply put, you get what you pay for and Zoho does not disappoint. My organization is comfortable with what we pay and pleased with continually renewing the software. The billing frequency is just right. There are no complaints on our end
The product is extremely scalable. Its security background makes it extremely easy to control who has access. However, it also allows for analytics and data that anyone can see based on the access they need. As far as I can tell, analytics can take a lot of data and analyze it well.
We're still in the early stages of scaling this across departments. We have high aspirations of doing this, but it takes time to migrate to the new system and to help people get acquainted of doing their work in a different way thru Zoho.
In addition to being a user of Zoho CRM, we are a reseller as well. Often, at times our Partners request for on-boarding the platform configuration for them. During such requirements, we have utilized the Professional services team directly from the Zoho CRM team. Our partner feedback was quite positive, throughout.
Without Zoho Analytics we'd be flying blind. From an executive management perspective, this tool has allowed us to get insight into the specific areas we feel are important.
We've learned a great deal about what our business actually is because of Zoho Analytics.
The tool has allowed us to identify trends in customer engagement and usage that otherwise would have been hidden from our view.
