Well-suited for enabling prospect and customer teams to send gifts within a set of guidelines that can be determined by admin.

Less mature for sending outside North America. There is potential and growth there, but requires a bit more upfront effort to match North American options.

Alyce as a platform is super easy to use, their customer support is phenomenal, and the quality of the gifts is fantastic! I really enjoy using Alyce for prospecting, thanking people for booking meetings with me, and networking. Alyce can be used in a lot of different situations, it really just depends on what you want to use it for.

Alyce is really great in securing a meeting time or confirming to increase show rate as it shows that my team and I appreciate the prospects time. It is best used when I've tried to make contact multiple times in multiple ways, otherwise it can sometimes come off bribey for trying to book a meeting.

I've used all the sending platforms (Sendoso, Reachdesk, Loop & Tie, Alyce, and Surgar Wish).

I've had the most success with Alyce. We're a global SaaS platform with presence in NAM, EMEA and APAC. We're valued at $2B and drive around $2.5M in sales. As a demand gen team we have about ~$12M in program spend, so I'd say the tool is suitable for a scaling mid-market/enterprise brand that's focused on ROI, efficiency and scaling.

I'm not sure who Alyce is not suitable for to be honest, I can only speak from my experience using it in my current role. I imagine it's not suitable for a company whose tech stack cannot integrate with Alyce.

Our Solution Account Managers have re-engaged accounts that went silent, thanked customers for contract upsells, moved renewals along, and so much more. We've been able to connect with customers in a new way outside of webinars and emails, and are hoping to continue seeing great results with Alyce in 2024.

I had been trying to get ahold of a prospect for a few months. Then I decided to send him an Alyce gift to see if I could get any traction. He ended up accepting the gift and speaking with me. He then ended up speaking with my Account Executive and then bought our product.

Alyce is definitely well suited for opening doors with new people or building relationships with existing customers/contacts to make them feel appreciated and noticed. Alyce is also great for thanks yous, or winners of prizes. Alyce is less suited for opening doors with new people who are not familiar with you or your name.
