Overall Satisfaction with Alyce

We use gifting through Alyce as a way to cut through the noise of sales and marketing. It's helped us navigate economic fluctuations and high advertising costs, while continuing to prove marketing ROI.

Our GTM team uses Alyce together. We share in the strategy, execution and success of how gifting plays a part. Everyone has accountability in the tool in driving future customer meetings, accelerating deals and "welcome gifts" when a customer signs.

Our events team uses Alyce on-site, so they don't have to ship hundreds of physical gifts that may or may not get used. Lowers cost, allows prospect to select something they like that doesn't take up space in a suit case, and since the gift will be delivered in the following weeks, it reminds the customer of our brand and gives the sales rep a nice reason to follow-up.

Internal gifting: we use Alyce for internal gifting, whether it be thank you, winning a challenge or birthday.

We use Alyce as a way to gain market research. We survey our future, current and past customers to ensure we're creating value for our buyers.
  • Puts the customer first. Allows customer to self-select their gift if they don't like the leading gift (or donate)
  • Robust reporting that allows you to see how gifting plays a part in the customer journey. You directly correlate spend to revenue and see which gifts, campaigns, teams or team members are driving the most success. Allows team leads to work with those struggling to see results thorugh gifting.
  • Global gifting - NAM, EMEA & APAC. Global GTM teams love it.
  • Auto-built landing pages save our teams countless hours
  • Alyce integrates with SF, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Drift, and other common GTM tools for automating.
  • More gift options in countries like South Africa, Japan, etc. As we scale into new markets, we'd like Alyce to scale with us
  • Positive ROI - we know exactly what revenue we'll see with Alyce gifting. 2:1 now 5:1
  • Hours saved - we've saved countless hours because the tool integrates with our entire tech-stack. We create a campaign in Alyce and it talks to Marketo, SF, 6sense and everything is auto-setup. The auto-built landing pages also saved us countless hours (Marketo landing page builds aren't great).
Sendoso
Adoption: we struggled with sales adoption. They never fully bought into Sendoso campaigns. With Alyce, all sales reps are using the tool and there's accountability by each team member. They love using the tool because it's so easy.

Reporting: we never had a true picture of how gifting campaigns were driving revenue against what we'd spent. Our MOPs team had to manually pull and report on ROI from gifting. With Alyce, it's automated.

Overall ease-of-use: Sendoso was easy to use as a marketer, but we hated building our own landing pages in Marketo (I'm not a fan of Marketo pages). The Alyce LPs are cookie cutter, but clean, you can personalize the message, gift and the sender's profile picture and contact information are viewable. The sales team leads love creating their own campaigns, create friendly competitions between teams and get creative with the campaigns (we never saw them using Sendoso like this).

Reachdesk
Personalization: Reachdesk's personalization is better. You can send any gift (whiskey bottle, pickleball set, you name it) with sketched personalization in a one-off setting vs. ordering in bulk. Alyce is not quite as efficient in one-off personalizations. You still need to go through a curator.

Automation: both Reachdesk and Alyce are comparable in SF, Marketo, HubSpot integrations, but Reachdesk doesn't integrate with 6sense the way Alyce does. Right now we're able to gift to ICPs at accounts that are in-market in decision or purchase stage (showing real intent). This means we experience less people taking the gift for a demo and running and gifting to those that are more likey to buy.

Do you think Alyce by Sendoso delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Alyce by Sendoso's feature set?

Yes

Did Alyce by Sendoso live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Alyce by Sendoso go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Alyce by Sendoso again?

Yes

I've used all the sending platforms (Sendoso, Reachdesk, Loop & Tie, Alyce, and Surgar Wish).

I've had the most success with Alyce. We're a global SaaS platform with presence in NAM, EMEA and APAC. We're valued at $2B and drive around $2.5M in sales. As a demand gen team we have about ~$12M in program spend, so I'd say the tool is suitable for a scaling mid-market/enterprise brand that's focused on ROI, efficiency and scaling.

I'm not sure who Alyce is not suitable for to be honest, I can only speak from my experience using it in my current role. I imagine it's not suitable for a company whose tech stack cannot integrate with Alyce.
