One of the best features of [BigContacts] is automated reminders. It ensures that we do not miss out on information, meetings, tasks, etc. The dashboard is simple yet comprehensive. It is also useful in taking notes for individual contacts. BigContacts also makes sales forecasting easier with its effective reporting feature.

I find the tool’s pricing to be quite affordable. The third-party integrations allow me to work with other business applications easily. Additionally, I can customize various modules according to my needs.
