Overall Satisfaction with BigContacts

I find the tool’s pricing to be quite affordable. The third-party integrations allow me to work with other business applications easily. Additionally, I can customize various modules according to my needs.
  • The search feature of the tool has scope for being more intuitive.
  • Creating recurring tasks

  • Scheduling tasks directly
  • Taking notes
  • It can be difficult to update contact information sometimes.
  • In addition, I wish custom fields for webforms could be added.
BigContacts make it much easier to share customer information within the company. Updated information is accessible from any device to ensure that the customer experience is not compromised. It also helps ensure that no lead is overlooked with the consolidated contact information.
