- CallGuard - A telephone payment security for a cloud contact center, a solution that can protect other sensitive data fields that pose a potential security risk, such as Social Security Numbers, Patient IDs, DOB, policy numbers etc.
- Secure Chat - Lets agents deliver service with security as standard.
- ChatGuard - To keep the agent and customer connected throughout the payment process while making sure that sensitive data is never seen by agents, is never available on the agent desktop and won't be stored in transcripts.
- Digital Payments - Agents can send a payment link to the customer's phone while on the call or Chat. Payment details are hidden from the agent so the conversation can continue while the customer activates the payment.
