- I like that it reduces the risks of information leaks since, by having all our devices protected, we can handle the information without any risk.
- I can customize it to our convenience and needs; it adapts to our operating systems and different computers and mobile devices.
- Great protection against web threats with a great positive impact on our endpoints.
- Without complications or bad experiences, the protection capacity has diminished our worries and secured our data.

- It has a use of different PC terminals and any mobile.

- A lot of intuition in each of the features, which makes this tool reliable.
- Easy to implement and use.
- Negative things there are not many. At the moment we are doing well, however, something very important is receiving notifications by email.
- Various types of terminals for the computer and different mobiles, very useful.
- Control from a central headquarters of each of the company's devices.
- Authenticating it is usually uncomfortable, it should be easier.
- Something essential that this tool does not have are email notifications.
- Another no less important thing, the screenshot is not possible, this must be taken into account.

A Non technical experience with IBM Security MaaS360
- Data usage. It allows shared data plans that minimize costs.
- It allows deployment of new applications with minimum interaction with users.
- It allows constant location information and we know if an iPad is lost sometimes before the device user knows it is missing.
- Simplify the set up of the account. The time required by an it ameture is excessive.
- Reduce the cost of the per device subscription

Mobility management made simple with IBM Security MaaS360
- Manage app deployment on mobile fleet of devices
- Manage all mobile devices and know where your fleet of devices are
- Solve simple issues like reset screen lock passcodes
- Protects company’s intellectual property
- Allows for easy deployment of mobile devices to remote users
- Integration with DEP or Apple could be made easier but it works fine once connected
- Support could be improved as it was a little complicated for some administrators who are not considered super admins
- IBMid is still an issue for my account since I am an administrator on a server that is owned and managed by our USA division but I support Canada which does not have its own server

MaaS360 MDM cost-effect and perfect fit for my medium organisation. Great device management with military-grade security features.
- Allows easy centralised, simple and optimal management of all our end devices.
- Allows secure access to documents shared via mobile devices.
- Ability to detect a wide variety of threats and respond automatically neutralising them.
- Integration with our IT infrastructure was easy and seamless offering high-level threats protection.
- The only dismal swamp I found is the removal process of some devices tends to be very time consuming and cumbersome.
- Sync issues have a prolonged time trial.
