Overall Satisfaction with IBM Security MaaS360

We use IBM MaaS360 for managing and protecting our end points such as mobile devices, laptops, desktops and some apps.

One of the use case is mobile metrics
we get a picture on number of devices on a given platform
  • Defends against phishing
  • MIM attacks
  • Content and app based threats
  • BYOD (bring your own device) initiative
  • Turn around time from Admin
  • Screen shot capabilities are not available
  • Integration capabilities with other providers
  • 30-40% of time saving in device configurations
  • 3x increase in administrator efficiency
  • Granular functionality which address complex configuration requirements
It was not easy to integrate with Microsoft suite of apps in cloud
We have faced lot of difficulties during IBM Security MaaS360 integration
Google Android we didn't face much integration issues it was smooth and flawless. All we have observed and expect on the integration side is it should integrate seamlessly and respond with accuracy.
I will give an example Good part on the deployment strategy is we can supervise ios devices through IBM Security MaaS360 portal
IBM Security MaaS360 allows you to remotely deploy software updates. Also, u have flexibility to deploy individual devices or multiple devices at once. You can do device grouping and go for deployment.

Cisco 5500 Series Network Convergence System (NCS 5500), Azure Bot Service (Microsoft Bot Framework), Flutter by Google
It is very well suitable for device management, identity management, content, mobile threat management. Also App security, granular patch management, Risk management, OS VPN, Dashboards,policy recommendations,Secure browser, it also has simple interface to manage. Pricing wise interms of per user/month I believe it is lot better than google.
