We use shape to aggregate paid media spend from all platforms and pace that spend to meet client budgets. We also use it to provide budget-related notifications and warnings to make sure there is plenty of visibility on the team when it comes to each client's budget.

Automated budget pacing could be more sophisticated - it tends to conflict with platform best-practices in my opinion.
