  • It was a step up from what we were using before and has been a solid tool.
  • For the number of sites and malicious files blocked I'd say it is a good product at a good price.
  • Managing the admin portal and devices has been a huge time saver. Deployment can be via .msi or .exe.

  • Positive - Cloud managed means we don't need dedicated VM to manage A/V.
  • Negative - Lots of lost time troubleshooting issues with Apple deployments.
  • Negative - Lost time due to inadequate support.
  • Positive - Easy deployment on Windows end points for lean IT department.

  • It's greatly reduced our network vulnerability to attacks or malware.
  • Increased our security risk audit score just by having all our PC's up to date and free from malware.
  • It's like a second firewall for each agent -- protection from the outside is important, don't rely on just a network firewall! Trend Micro client software can act as another firewall on each machine with the proper policy configuration.

  • Zero-day threats are blocked and known by the tool
  • We have not been attacked by latest ransomware in the last year. WannaCry, Meltdown, Spectre, etc.
  • Cost benefit on having a platform with these capabilities when we do not have dedicated resources for endpoint protection
  • Savings while not needing a dedicated server for endpoint protection
