Verenia CPQ is the most complete software for sales.
Thanks to this software we have been able to improve and automate many functions that were laborious and tedious in the sales process, such as price and quotation management. It is easier to configure the prices of the products and send quotes and budgets by mail or the customer portal that the software has.
- Thanks to the pricing rules tool, we can determine the final price of the products, for different customers, depending on the location of the customer, the type of product, the number of products, and other rules that can be easily configured.
- I like that the software allows user access by roles, so that team members can have access only to parts of the program, according to their department, and make changes to products, design, prices, costs, sales, etc., according to their tasks within the project.
- I love that from the same software all departments can work, from design, making drawings of products in 2d and 3d, finance with invoice management and even marketing and sales, with a guide of questions and recommendations provided by the software to improve sales.
- Bringing existing products into the software was a long and tedious process. We had many customers and products at the time we purchased the software, so getting them all into the software took a long time. I wish they could make this process go faster.
- We wanted to integrate the software with our CRM program to bring everything into the same system and it was impossible until technical support helped us and we were able to solve it.

Verenia CPQ has helped in our e-commerce store via product visualization, CRM integrations, and customer self-service. Another big benefit is - based on user behaviour and methodologies it auto applies discounts and margins, which helps tremendously in increasing sales.

Verenia CPQ shows us a better view of our end user
Verenia CPQ has saved us time and money with its excellent professional and pure output for end-user deliverables. It is one of the best end-user online quoting softwares and has always allowed us to have an integrated follow up with an advance forecast of every report we need to send. It sometimes slows down when it comes to finalizing configurations, but overall Verenia CPQ is too good.
- Verenia CPQ gives us the facility to configure a product at the moment of viewing it in our end user delivery, under the option of being able to build a code of the final product and that this is done step by step.
- Verenia CPQ has an incredible system which gives to enjoy every moment using the program, being able to automate all the training sessions with a continuous support contributing to the tranquility of each client.
- Verenia CPQ allows us to go deep through great solutions, based on the creation of hundreds of systems that have been successful over time.
- To have better accuracy using Verenia CPQ requires more clicks than necessary, as we have not been able to fully automate all tasks for our end user when quoting each product individually.
- Sometimes the API integration and synchronization fails and that generates errors in invoices and problems to catalog certain materials.
- Verenia CPQ does not allow editing existing configurations, if we want to give our own signature we must create new configurations from clean templates.
