The ROI on Visio is outstanding. We can train one person in the basics of the product, and because it works consistently from template to template, we can support users with a variety of needs.

Most users are fine when using a combination of Visio and Excel for project management tasks. We don't need to spend the coin on as many licenses for the much more cumbersome (albeit much more capable) Microsoft Project.
