Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

8x8 Work has the best option when you are doing business in multiple countries due to its plan for country package, it's does not charge extra to us. This was the major challenge for us to cut the cost for calling international customers. It has multiple addon features with no additional cost like other options available out there for example many charge for company call recording separately but 8x8 Work comes with package.

Pros

  • Call Barge option to hear the call if there is any issue with any customer
  • ease of selecting number
  • ease of sms campaign setup
  • Multiple addons with no extra charge

Cons

  • adding one single option to give customer user access and create admin access instead of going to assignment to provide options
  • Addon option for Whatsapp
  • integration with ecommerce platform
  • 100% ROI
  • Easy to use and train
  • Multiple device setup option
As far as technology works the requirement of a person is ease of things and this is the best option for any company out there who operates in multiple countries and have multiple departments to handle and want multiple options required this is the product which we should go with that's why I gave 10 rating
All have additional charge for all the additional option you want to use , also there is bigger issue of IP. For example you are in USA and traveling to any country in Europe your app will stop working , so all your customers are gone till the time you get back to USA. this is such a mess. This is why we choose 8x8 Work everywhere

Its best suited to call customers from any devices, manage contacts, call recording options, package for international calling. The only thing is option are wide spread so sometime you want the option its there but to active it you need to find that option by going to other place to activate it which is little tricky.
