Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP Workforce Now for our whole organization. Before we used it, our payroll, scheduling, PTO, and benefits were all on different platforms. Having them all accessible in one place has been the best-addressed problem. Giving our employees access to their employment information has improved relations between our corporate level and entry levels.
Pros
- Recruitment.
- Time Off mangement.
Cons
- Department schedule budget planning.
- Recruitment application flow.
- No negative impact.
- LinkedIn
I haven't been able to integrate it completely. My LinkedIn rep said that we should be able to do it at no cost with ADP. When I sent our ADP contact the information, they said it would require a monthly cost per company/location and an initial fee.
ADP Workforce Now is by far a better product than Kronos.
