Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We are using ADP Workforce Now for Payroll, benefits and ACA. Our employees use the ipads for the website to clock in and out all of our store locations. We rarely have issues with employees having problems clocking. ADP is very efficient for what we use it for.
  • Processes Payroll is usually quick and easy. ADP is a fairly easy program to learn the ins and outs on. The payroll processing cutoff is late enough in the day, we get any checks that need to go out the next business day.
  • Normally pays applicable taxes as long as you have provided the Power of Attorney, ADP pays the applicable taxes.
  • Importing new hires from other programs works fairly easy with the import file error listing.
  • Reporting needs some overhauling - What we items in payroll isn't necessarily what ADP calls them, so it causes some stress when trying to pull reports.
  • Need to be able to have more than 1 active screen at a time - Life would be so much easier with more than 1 active screen at a time.
  • Tax department - when submitting things on compliance in the tax screen, you do not get your own tax person assigned to your company. It is almost impossible to talk to the tax department.
  • Employees direct deposit are processed on time which in turn help our bottom line
As long as the information you have in the system is accurate and correct, then product overall is great.

The import is daily and it is not that difficult when you learn what the errors are. Usually takes less than 30 minutes a day.
Since we were an existing client, ADP beat the pricing of all the others.

Every time I have had an issue, my ADP support team has know what the problem is and how to fix it.
ADP Workforce Now processes payroll very well, it is really an easy process if you have the background to know what is going on. ADP is also up on the ACA compliance as long as you have good information in your system, then it will work accordingly. The chat feature in the modules are great when you have a quick question.
