Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used across our organization for Human Resources and Payroll. It helps us maintain our employee information as an HRIS, track time through time and attendance, and also process payroll for our employees. It makes things very efficient since all the information is in one place and thus makes things very easy to manage and process actions.
Pros
- Time & Attendance - Makes it easy with biometric timeclocks and computer clocking to capture time for our hourly workforce.
- Allows for time-off policy management - Set-up is easy and also helps with holiday tracking and pay.
Cons
- Could improve in the area of delegation for timekeeping to managers.
- The area of benefits could use improvement on how it ties to payroll and voluntary plans are managed.
- Positive ROI on time savings for the team due to the efficient management of workforce data.
- Positive ROI on recruitment when using the recruitment module to track applicants and statuses.
- Carrier connections with TPA for benefits
- Connections for external ATS
The integrations were quite complex but done correctly with ample time and a strong project plan, all of them went very well and the data transfer has been seamless.
I think that Workforce Now is more robust and inclusive to make things very efficient on one platform with different modules.
