Great product to manage tasks
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
First, we used it to manage and organize tasks during COVID pandemic. After that, we encourage all the areas to use it. Only two of them are fully using it. Now we are using the agile template for our new projects being very easy to use to manage them. We are very excited about the Spanish release, because this was one of the reasons why not everyone was using it.

Cons
- Reduce version for final users. Sometimes they get confused with too many options.
- Improve a little bit agile projects.
- Order work and improve managing teams, saving time.
- Track employees work.
- Reduce effort and time spent asking "what are you doing?"
We still don't have a company policy about using it, but our next step is to make ClickUp the only place to manage all the projects, tasks, and issues.
Jira is too complex to manage. I've used it in other projects and it's very flexible but most of the time we need more standard products and easy to use. The ClickUp free version is very good to start with a lot of functions to use. Jira is more expensive. Only took a quick tour for monday.com, and looks good but no advantage.
