Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

ClickUp is our daily driver platform for project and complex task management. We also use it to drive our CRM and purchasing management. We organize our process among teams and spread the tasks accordingly, assigning to each of our employees. Tracking all steps along the chain of command, we ensure the information reach everyone in the company at the same time. ClickUp made possible have the entire company aware of our projects status and completion status, having everything saved in one place.

Pros

  • One place to save everything, notes, attachements and quick messages
  • Sending e-Mails from ClickUp is pretty much the same as from outlook, but better, you can keep it together to your project details
  • Easy to share information among the company team
  • Give clear picture of project/process evolution/status
  • Automation is golden!!!
  • CRM is cake with ClickUp

Cons

  • Custom field interactions needed, contact me for more details
  • Sometimes ClickUp takes longer to load (Windows app), wonder if it does cache data for offline use.
  • Unnable to operate numbers bettween custom fields.
  • CRM - still need some tweaking in order to match other platforms in the market.
  • Automation could be a little more easier to use, require some sort of programing knowledge.
  • Made multi-task possible among many projects at same time
  • Our process are way more organized now.
  • We are way more productive now
  • Or purchases are under JIT methodology (Just in time), saving alot of money and making the investment only when it is needed.
  • Our company now is way more connected.
ClickUp made possible to have clear perspective at which point each of our teams are with their projects and with automation help, warn the next area in the chain of command when is it's turn to take action. There is no longer an neverending waitline for someone to e-mail the next in the line... Once you done with the task... ClickUp automation jump into action making sure the next one in the chain of command is aware of the task status. There is no more waste of time building huge e-mails to update everyone... hours were saved from reading neverending e-mails... everything is a couple clicks of distance.

As a CRM tool, ClickUp fit like a charm, due to it's easy to customize nature, made possible to have the CRM setup done in a week at nearly zero cost, required some programing knowledge from my end, but I made it possible. As a inventory management, we are now capable of controling our inventory deep down to every detail we feel necessary. As a task management tool, of course, it's the basic nature of ClickUp, but now we no longer need to poke each other shoulder and ask about the ongoing status of any given task, we open the dashboard and everything is there. We now use this time to interact more and do other stuff.
