Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact

We send out a weekly e-newsletter using Constant Contact. We send our e-newsletter to around 15k subscribers. It is only used for newsletter publications, not by other departments. By using Constant Contact we are able to send bulk emails at once and it is easy to use the tracking response to get email metrics.

  • Easy to mange subscribers list
  • Easy to upload your subscribers list from other email platforms
  • Reporting system sometimes confusing
  • There is no notification if and when any new subscribers signed up via our sign up form
  • Bounced email types are not clear
  • We are able to increase our subscribers for our e-newsletter.
  • Increased subscription brought us more revenue.
  • We are able to increase our business awareness and are able to expand our brand awareness.
  • This platform has helped us to sustain our business models for more than 10 years.

It is NOT suited for sending automated reminder emails for webinars or any other online events.

One time when I used third party HTML creative to send an email eNewsletter I ran into issue of coding. when I try to send the email I noticed error message keep coming up. I called constant contact support team they fix the issue virtually re-created our HTML creative. It was a exceptional support and they exceeded my expectation -thanks
