Overall Satisfaction with Constant Contact

We send out weekly email specials to our customers that have subscribed to the mailing list. We offer insight into our industry like product availability and new products coming in stock. This provides the customer with a break on prices on components and equipment. Sometimes subscribers share their experiences via the email with write-ups.

  • Ease of use of the software/application.
  • Ease of updating the mailing list.
  • Integration with Facebook.
  • Integration with Google.
  • Integrations with Big Commerce.
  • The Trump Slump in our industry is very evident.
  • So since the election in 2016, our industry has stabilized.
  • Customers are not buying as much as they can find it on demand.
Constant contact was recommended to us. We never have looked elsewhere. Pricing is good. Features of the application are beyond our skills for sure! t is a good fit for our needs at this time.
They have a great foundation out of the box to speak. Their staff is very patient with novice users. It is the integration of social media that needs more support. We are a small company and we do not have the time nor resources to have outside help. We need to have down to earth straightforward information for us to make better use of Constant Contact within the various social media platforms.
