Overall Satisfaction

We use HubSpot to host our website. I'm the only one using it at this time. I love HubSpot Academy because it's training me in the most effective marketing strategies for our business. I didn't know how to blog and with the classes and software, it's been easy!

Pros

  • HubSpot's software coaches you through all aspects of building an effective website.
  • HubSpot Academy trains me in best practices and the instructor and peers in the courses provide feedback on my projects.
  • HubSpot's Blogging software is simple and easy to use.
  • I love how all of my social media sites are notified when I post a new blog. It's a great time saver!

Cons

  • It would be nice having an option within HubSpot for an autoresponse email.
  • With our blog, I believe we are able to provide better customer service through educating our potential clients about the different aspects of fencing.
  • Traditional Webmaster
HubSpot gives me control over my site and educates me in best practices that are current in the market. My former webmaster didn't keep up with the trends and our online rankings fell. I have confidence in the coaching that HubSpot provides.
It's working & it's a great price point.
I think HubSpot is great for all sizes of businesses. We are a small family owned fence company and we rely on the internet for leads. HubSpot gives us the control to make the best marketing decisions, based on best practices.

Yes - First our website was migrated. Then I wrote an eBook & created a landing page for it. Now I'm blogging weekly to continue to add new content to our site.
  • There was a learning curve I needed to overcome as I learned the software. Now it's easy to use.
