Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We use HubSpot for our organization as well as resell it to partners and clients. HubSpot addresses inbound marketing and helps us get warm leads turned into clients and ultimately money.
  • Holds your hand for how to market on the internet
  • Great tech support from HubSpot, if you have any question they are right there on the phone in less than 5 minutes.
  • Great analysis of who is viewing your site and who could be new client
  • Changes you make sometimes can take an hour or more to show (has to do with server cacheing on HubSpot's end)
  • The control panel can be hard to navigate, some sections are laid-out different than other sections (not consistent)
  • Control panel is dynamic-heavy and buggy. Layered windows don't always work so you have to re-load pages constantly. Seems the same issues are on Macs and PC's. Co-workers are constantly complaining about this issue.
  • Through re-selling the service, our company has increased our capability as a marketing agency
  • We have gained additional clients as a result of partnering with HubSpot
  • We have been able to track leads better and turned some of the leads to clients
We have not used any similar products.
Despite my dis-like of the control panel's bugs and layout, HubSpot has allowed our company's revenue and allowed us to track our marketing to a new level.
Budget is a concern since HubSpot is not cheap but by using HubSpot you are almost guaranteed to be successful with your marketing.

I wanted an advanced type of forwarding done so I can track to results. The tech guy knew right away what I wanted to do but had to think for a couple minutes on how to best accomplish it. We setup a campaign to track to results and he walked me through how to setup the forwarder. It was easy to do and has been working perfectly.

Using HubSpot

The only issues are the bugginess of control panel.
