Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

HubSpot is currently being used to host our website. We are using it across the organisation to complete a variety of tasks such as social media, sending out emails to customers, and blog posts. We also use HubSpot to monitor potential customers and what they are they downloading and viewing on our website.

We haven't used another product. However we selected hubspot due to the easy to use feature and the customer support/knowledge option. Hubspot web pages/webistes portray a professional image image for our company.
It helps us create landing and site pages very easily whilst making them look professional. There are many different templates that enable you to select the style that you want which works very well. I have found that some features such as the out of the box creating a table were not as good. The standard table looks very basic which was not ideal for our events schedule. However the HubSpot support team was fantastic in helping me create a table with a different process.

Using HubSpot

2 - Sales and Marketing - mainly using the leads generated from the CTA on our website to enable a call up/follow up and monitor there actions on our website.
Also to see who has been visiting our website and which pages they have been looking at. This helps us develop areas on our website and to establish which are the most popular
1 - marketing department - Hubspot design make it very easy to allow anyone with any experaince the option to learn and progress. However I feel that you need to have a understanding of how core programs work and the basic knowledge of how websites work such as the cta, landing page, follow up emails etc. However Hubspot support is fantastic and it allows people to develop and help with any issues

We have been very pleased with HubSpot so far and the support that it provides is fantastic and they are extremely quick to get back to you.
Hubspot is very simple to use and is user friendly. There are many options which allows you to design the pages how you want them.

The product needed to be user friendly and help us develop our website and look modern. It also needed to have the functions of being able to track who has been on our website with the option of creating them as a contact and following there movements on our website. Also being able to merge our wordpress blog into hubspot

HubSpot Support

fantastic - very quick turnout time to answering my questions and helping with problems. They even make mock up examples and explain in great detail how I can achieve this myself. They are very understanding now matter how many times you go back to the support person. Each problem is always followed up with a email asking if everything is ok which is top customer support

No - The standard support that hubspot provide is excellent and is perfect for our needs at present. If we are to grow and establish the website futher we may look at upgrading.
Currently the Hubspot support provide a very check turnaround and also manage to solve my problems or answer any questions.
Every time I contact support, i receive a response very quickly and everyone understands my question regardless of how difficult the problem is. The new online support inbox is great and allows you to keep track of whats happening and the tickets you have open.
The support people always provide you with documents or help guides which are useful to go back to

Using HubSpot

Very easy to use and simple steps not over complicating things. The extensive knowledge base also helps as there are a variety of different topics to choose from. Also the option to contact a support person is also great.
There are user manuals on every function for hubspot and they are written clearly and are easy to follow
