Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

We started using HubSpot close to its launch and have really enjoyed watching this software grow and growing with it. As a marketing agency it only made sense for us that when the partner program opened to become a parter ourselves as we truly love the system and everything that it stands for. Our sales team has become more robust while our marketing team is able to make data driven decisions on what is driving the best leads, lead quality, and response. I cant wait to see what else HubSpot has in store!

From a marketing side our business has grown using Hubspot and the intelligence it has to offer on our leads. Our sales team has even started using the tool so that they can be marketers and consultants first and sales people second. Using inbound marketing through all assets of our business has been a true step for us in our growth as an agency.

I prefer Hubspot to some of the other MAP programs that are out there due to the ability that Hubspot has as well as how quickly it is growing and staying ahead of the curve. I also think the Hubspot academy offers far more than it's competition in regards to training. Hubspot Projects is a huge leap in training for our team.
The cost is relatively high so when organizations are not ready to invest they should look into Lead In

Using HubSpot

marketing, sales, client services
our marketing department, sales department, and client services departments all use Hubspot. From working through the sales process wiht lead generation and progression to using the tool for our own marketing we have seen tremendous growth for our organization. As an agency we use the tool for our clients to execute as well as manage their sales as well.

I just love this tool. We would not look elsewhere or replace this software. I recommend Hubspot over all competitors and could not imagine our marketing or sales to function without it's capabilities. If we were in a place where we would not be able to renew Hubspot I would HIGHLY recommend finding the budget elsewhere.

I don't think I would change my evaluation process however as the tool has changed substantially and competition is more advanced I likely would have gone through a more in depth analysis to reveiw pros and cons of Hubspot as well as it's competitions. WHat is important is continued growth and innovation so that would be a large part outside of cost that I would look at

HubSpot Implementation

We were much smaller when we implemented this tool and therefore this was very easy for us overall. The connection with salesforce was fantastic and easy to do. Lead scoring is the one area I would have liked to have more guidance and help with in our original implementation of the took that I would spend more time on.
Yes - I just switched jobs so am in the process of implementing a full enterprise deployment. This is going very well and is broken up in phases since we have to build the open API into our CRM and then connect with a couple other tools (all while migrating the website and blog). Hubspot has been fast and very helpful in meeting our needs to get this moving forward quickly and all expectations have been met above standards.

HubSpot Support

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get support but overall I am satisfied and feel the support team is very helpful overall. They are generally also helpful in giving direction or finding someone that can if your question is somewhat complex overall. In general though I am pleased.

We had a glitch in one of our clients portals once where the data all disappeared. Not only did the support team jump on the status to help resolve the issue but Hubspots CEO Brian Halligan also reached out with his commitment to jump on it right away. We were pleased with how quickly they were able to fix this issue.

Using HubSpot

Overall we are all thankful of this tool and it's incredible ease of use. Recently Hubspot rolled out Hubspot Projects as well which gives more than just video training but also a way to put work into practice. This has been HUGE for our team when it comes to overall usability of the tool and putting it into action using best practice.
