Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot to manage our marketing and social media efforts: Emails, Blog, and social sharing (Twitter, LinkedIn). Our website is hosted on HubSpot as well.
Pros
- Integrating what is posted on our blog with social sharing.
- Integrating activity with Salesforce.
- Making updates and additions to our website.
Cons
- I've had some glitches using the updated editors and have had to go back to the former version to do what I needed to do.
- Increased employee efficiency
- Ability to easily share across multiple social outlets
- Great management of marketing efforts
I did a full training on HootSuite and found it much more confusing and the learning curve much steeper that HubSpot.

We were having some issues with Salesforce integration and HubSpot went above and beyond to try and figure out why it was happening and what to do to fix it.
