HubSpot is a fantastic tool - even for Fortune 500 companies!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
We use HubSpot for all digital marketing activity across the entire organization. We are a Fortune 500 company that used to use Act-On, but found it inadequate and dated for our needs. Our many different businesses use HubSpot differently, but all of the businesses rely on HubSpot for email marketing and landing pages.
Pros
- Easy to learn and use
- Quick time from purchase to success
- Exceptional customer support and service
Cons
- Limited permissions structure, particularly for large enterprises with many users
- Improved trackability of digital leads
- Ability to use it to support our "shared service" model, where there is a single centralized digital marketing team to service all marketers in the business
We found that HubSpot was incredibly strong in all of our evaluation areas (email marketing, lead nurturing, reporting, landing pages, calls-to-action, ease of use, ease of adoption, etc.). In many areas, it wasn't necessarily the leader versus the competition, but it always held strong. On the other hand, the other tools that we evaluated seemed to have strengths, but they also had major deficiencies. For example, Eloqua was a really strong platform, but seemed much less simple to use or adopt.
