Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
I love HubSpot! The ease of use and all in one access to my blog and social media platforms is sooo nice. We use HubSpot extensively for email marketing campaigns - creating CTAs, landing pages and custom forms. We have linked it to Salesforce and have had great results in qualifying leads and prospect for our industry focus groups.

Cons
- Using the calendar is confusing - it would be nice to schedule reminders to create emails. Now you only schedule to send.
- It would be nice if HubSpot had an event management system and survey capabilities - then I would not need Constant Contact and Get Feedback.
- Positive - It has allowed us to truly be looked at in our industry as knowledget leaders, providing valuable content with a touch of sales.
- Using the HubSpot model we have been able to convert prospects into clients by simply designing our campaigns with a focus on what the prospect wants or needs.
- It has finally allowed my department to get through to sales and C suite executives the message that marketing without selling really works. It has also helped bridge the gap between marketing and sales so that we now work as a team.

The product usability and reputation were essential if this was to be used daily by our department. It also had to integrate with Salesforce easily - which it did. The price was attractive because there were no contracts and the sales experience was outstanding. I was down to Pardot and HubSpot and I believe the sales experience sealed the deal.
