Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
Insightly helps our department better understand the needs of customers, by helping to track their inquiries with us and the associated products they are interested in. It also helps us to email them directly from Insightly, or we can have our emails feed directly into Insightly. It also serves as a reminder for which customers are due for a follow-up.
- Track leads. Adding contacts and sorting them based on the lead stage is clear and easy to do.
- Clean interface. It's easy to use Insightly and show someone else how to use it.
- Integrating with email. Emails are stored with the associated contact, making it helpful to view all communications inside Insightly
- Task/sorting stages. Adding tasks creates a little banner and you can also change the stages. I found them a little redundant as a user
- Uploading contacts can be a little slow when done in bulk
- Positive, it helps us to understand what communications and needs customers have. Nothing is missed as long as it is tracked in Insightly, and the email integration helps to ensure all communications are logged in Insightly.
- Positive, in that my colleagues are able to step in when someone is out, and see what conversations a customer has had with a team member, and where they left off. If a team member leaves our organization, no transition notes will be missed because communications are logged.
- Positive, in that it helps us to easily prioritize which customers are due for a follow up.
Insightly ranks towards the top for ease of use and that is very important, as we add new team members. Sage is a little dated and clunky, and I find Salesforce to not be intuitive at all and extremely clunky, and if an error is made it is impossible to understand what it is without getting help. There are also so many different instances of Salesforce, you can't just find help on YouTube. Insightly's support reps are great and there are plenty of videos and self-help things on YouTube and their site if needed.
