Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is used by all of the adult users in our educational organization. This platform helps train users in what to look for in emails so that they don't fall prey to phishing scams. This helps protect our entire network.
  • Test phish emails.
  • Training that is engaging.
  • Up-to-date topics.
  • I would like to see the platform be a little easier to use overall. It can be tricky figuring out how to add new training.
  • Better notifications when someone has clicked on a phishing test email that explains in more detail what they have done.
  • We have fewer people clicking on random emails without thinking. This has helped us spend less on resources to correct infiltration.
  • People better understand how to separate their home and business accounts.
We have not evaluated any other platforms.

Fresh content keeps us up-to-date on current trends and issues in the security awareness sector. Staff can receive fresh training that relates to current events going on in the world that may jeopardize our organization.
We enroll users based on active directory account access. Every adult is enrolled.
The phish-prone percentage report is the one that I look at most often to determine how we are doing overall.
This is a great platform for education. It helps educate our staff on what to look for in emails and has made people much less "click-happy" when they receive strange emails. People now think much more about what they are doing than they did before we implemented KnowBe4.

KnowBe4 Compliance Plus

This content is very well thought out and there are a variety of trainings to choose from. This training has been valuable for our teachers to learn more about what to look for.
The impact is that our staff is better informed.
Yes, I do. Price could always be lower, but I believe that it is a fair value.
I gave it based upon being honest, yet knowing that my budget keeps getting squished.
I am not sure.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features

These integrations have made things much easier. When we add a new staff member to Active Directory they are automatically enrolled into the KnowBe4 platform.
I believe that the training is very usable for all of our end users.
We do not use this feature at this point.

Using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training

This is an education sector. All users are teachers or classified staff such as building assistants, custodians, bus drivers.
3 - The people who assist me with KnowBe4 are part of our technology staff. They work with Active Directory, Google SSO, etc.
