Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp
I use MailChimp to send out weekly updates and any other mass correspondence among my clients. I am just using it in a single department. It helps me communicate any upcoming events and webinars.

MailChimp's drag and drop features are amazing. I haven't seen that in other platforms before. It is so straight forward. Usability is so simple that anyone with any internet know-how can us it.
It has sped up the marketing process. From emails to landing pages, to social media post distribution, Mailchimp is the absolute one-stop-shop.
Mailchimp has taught me the effectiveness of email marketing. Being able to distribute my message through email has been important. With landing pages, I am able to set up a quick microsite that gets traffic. I am then able to retarget that traffic with future campaigns.

Price is key when running a small business. I feel that Mailchimp pricing is reasonable for what you get and that's what matters most in the end.
I don't think there is anything I would change.

Really it comes down to finding the answers on my own. Their help section is great. I haven't had to reach out to a physical person yet and that speaks volumes.
