We use Paycom for almost all of its services. The area in which Paycom excels is its use of the Betti System.

- ATS has negatively impacted our job hunting, not linking with LinkedIn promoted seats.
- Betti has been a HUGE help for accuracy.
- ESS is easy to use and lets employees account for their accruals and time tracking.
Paycom stacks up well overall against other providers in the same realm. There are areas of improvement that other companies are handling better, but overall, they are very similar. Paycom could improve on two major components: intersystem communication and ATS. Betti, however, is a LARGE selling point as Paycom is currently the only provider offering anything like it.
