It is the core of our Atlas Integration Framework and Platform. It is used to discover, monitor and provide AIOps internally and for our government customers. It addressed various issues from visibility to analytics.

ScienceLogic SL1 Implementation

Perform in lower environment first. Use AIO's for POV's but distributive for enterprise deployments.
Change management was a major issue with the implementation - Advance documentation and expectation settings would have enabled a more smoother implementation.

Yes - It was solved and somewhat timely.
When responding to a mission critical deadline, ScienceLogic brought all required resources to assist. We had product management and development on the phone to address key issues. In the end, we were able to meet the deadline and win business as a result.
