This software is being used by multiple departments in my organization. My colleagues from other departments use this software for sharing files across systems. In my department, I frequently use this software to access my computer system remotely. It helps me to increase my productivity by connecting me with my system where I store all my work.
- It is very good at sharing heavy files from one system to another.
- It can establish cross-platform(between Mac OS and Windows) connections as well.
- Its user interface is easy to understand.
- This software depends on internet connection. Without the internet it doesn't work.
- Chat functionality doesn't work very well. It should be well integrated.
- Sometimes It gets disconnected automatically and one user has to call the other user to restart this application again for re-connection.
- It helps me to maintain my work productivity when I am away from my office. I can do all my office work efficiently from my office system even without sitting there.
- I don't require any physical drive for transferring data from one system to another. It saves my cost on physical drives.
- With the help of this software, the maintenance department easily repairs my system from their respective location. It saves transportation cost as well.
This is the first and only software I used and I am still using it. I find it suitable for my requirements.
