Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We mostly utilize TeamViewer for remote access of digital sign feed computers that have no end user at them for troubleshooting and authorization/login, but have also used it for remote support for users who are on the road and not physically accessible. It is most helpful for us when there is an issue with a computer that has no user at it at any given time.
- Remote Computer Control
- No access control/login
- Simplified Interface
- Remote Wake
- Notifications of computer not available for access
- Has prevented us from needing to physically go to a digital sign at the edge of our property
- Also allowed for us to remote help users not in the state
Immediately
TeamViewer is more simplified and works great for digital signage and for single use remote tech support for users who are not physically available to bring in their devices. LogMeIn is great for centrally managed network of computers on a more frequent basis. Both have similar features and work best in different scenarios.

10...Everything went very smooth. As to be expected. Everything was laid out well from the beginning and happened as planned. No real hiccups or issues with implementation. All end users had an easy time adjusting to the interface since it is very intuitively designed. No complaints with regard to implementation.
We are not currently concerned with these higher levels of security features since our business does not deal in high security information, but we appreciate their offering of such services.
