Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Basically, we use this app while we contact Cisco and they imitate a Webex App session to troubleshoot the issue that we face, it's easy to use and has multiple options like sharing of screen, giving remote access to another person, sharing the file, etc. Also, the audio quality is good.

  • I did not face that many issues while using app.
  • So I don't see any cons.

There was no major challenge that we faced during the implementation microsoft team and webex app, as of now we are using microsoft team for chatting purpose only , not for the scheduling meetings, but soon we will completely migrate to webex app, once we will go through our testing phase of webex app
Cisco hybrid work solutions provide us more feature and flexibility
- For example we use microsoft teams for chatting purpose only and we use webex app for scheduling meetings and for troubleshooting call for any issue in our infrastructure .
-so yes definitely cisco hybrid work solutions provide us everything feature that we require
- all my coworkers are happy with with cisco hybrid solution
-because of cisco hybrid model my coworkers can perform multiple task parallely
-For example if my coworkers wants to troubleshooting call with users they can do it via webex app and if they want to chat with some other user they can do it via Microsoft teams
Actually, I find Webex App better than others so I never used any other app apart from Webex App, so I can't say any thing about other apps. But would suggest my colleague and other guys use this app, good app for each use and troubleshooting if you are in the technical field

When you want to have a meeting to troubleshoot any issue or have to give a remote meeting to another person to troubleshoot the issue. So if particularly talk about the technical stuff, to troubleshoot the issue with the help of Cisco TAC, I would use this app as this is very easy to use.

Cisco Hybrid Work

To provide hybrid work model we have already deployed few server so that users can use their webex app via mobile
and in future as we going to increase the use of webex app for all users, we are in process of deploying more servers for hybrid model. Thank you
If i compare Cisco products that we are using for hybrid work are far way better than the other others companies products
the main reason we are using cisco products for hybrid work is because of their flexibility amd their support that we require during any problem. So yes cisco product are better

we have also integrated the cisco unified communication manager with webex
and this product Cisco Unified Communications manager is ultimate solution for ip telephony
also we use cisco unity connection for voicemail. Thank you all

Cisco Webex Experience

We have integrated Cisco Unified Communications manager (cucm) with Webex to facilitate the calling facility.
we have lots of option in Cisco Unified Communications manager for webex
And when we integrate these two products indirectly we integrate cisco unity connection for the voicemail purpose ,so eventually we are achieving everything that we require for communication
If we talk about the security of Webex, they are ultimate
-end to end encryption while we have communication .
- to manager webex we use ssl certs that is very secure
-and meetings scheduled via webex cant be hacked by intruder as all communication is happening in encrypted form ! Thank you
To explain this firstly i will tell you real time use that we are using currently and we are getting benefited from this. During a troubleshooting call with client and vendor and while they speak, we have to make notes of necessary points that have been discussed and this situation webex app is genius to note down all the points that have been discussed in real time

We are in initial phase and testing is going on, after successful response from users, we have given access of webex app for few user only, after that we going to implement cluster wide, so as of now we have not purchased premium but later will purchase it. Thank you
I do remember one time we were having issue with scheduling meeting via webex app, so users were impacted by this, so we raised a priority case with webex team, and within 15 minutes they joined the troubleshooting call, and their experienced engineer fixed the issue in 30 minutes only.

Using Webex App

As I mentioned earlier in every aspect Webex App will suit you, even if you are troubleshooting anything and for that, if you require meetings then you can use Webex App and even for internal meeting you can use Webex App, even for chat you can have use of Webex App, so overall satisfied.
