Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is used by all departments in our company. It is were we store all data related to our clients and partners. Also, we can control all opportunities and have track records from lead to sale. Once everyone keeps it updated, it's easy to get a report on what's happening in the company.

SInce it can be customizable to suit business needs, it can be easy or tricky, depending on the implementation that was made. In general, its basic setup is very easy to use and simple.
Zoho CRM has the main features of major tools in the market, but more cost effective and with better pricing. And compared with most of other platforms, Zoho CRM needs less technical knowledge and skills for module customizations and simple integrations.

If you have a small business or a startup, or even a solid grown business, Zoho CRM can suite your needs. You can customize and adapt the modules according to your needs, from simple client management to complex conversion funnels. Sometimes you'll need more technical skills, but most of the cases are only drag-and-drop fields.

Using Zoho CRM

14 - Zoho CRM is the heart of our company. We use it to keep track and organize everything, so each user has a different role and use it in for a purpose. For example: business team keep the Accounts from our clients updated and track all opportunities; operational teams receives and update tasks send by business teams; accounting controls the finances.
2 - For all these years we've been using Zoho CRM we didn't need a huge team to support it. Today we have 2 people (including me) to manage, modify, evolute and support eveyone in the team. Since it needs a 'no-code' skill (or low-code) all modifications and needs from other teams can be made quickly and as simple as a 'drag and drop' of fields.

Besides other CRM platforms Zoho CRM is the most cost-effective. Easy implementaiton and modifying, possibilities to create custom modules to fit your needs, and integrations with many platforms are some of the key points that Zoho does better than others.

Zoho CRM Support

The support team is very helpful and always provides a solution or workaround to meet our needs. We could use them to improve the implementation for our company and also to have a hand in customizing something in a module.
