Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM
We are using Zoho CRM for users and it keeps the data updated with Contacts, Leads, Potentials, Emails from CRM, Reminders for future dates, tasks to handle on daily basis and we are able manage our sales pipeline by converting leads into potentials and win percentage on potentials enables us to make financial decisions.
Pros
- Zoho CRM keeps the data in place for the users.
- We are able to see reports, the progress reports, leads/potentials to work on on priority.
- A great option get rid of Spreadsheets to manage customers' data.
Cons
- Sometimes it takes too much time to load.
- Zoho CRM must introduce Colors for Potentials on different stages
- First we got rid of Excel Sheets and the pain it comes with to manage spreadsheets.
- Sales flow improved with the help from forecasts available each month.
- Zoho CRM is easy to set up and implement with its self-guiding on-screen instructions
- Zoho Campaigns, Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), HubSpot Academy, Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, QuickBooks Online and Mailchimp
