Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM

We are using for one user and it keeps the data updated with reminders, tasks, etc.
  • Zoho CRM keeps the data in place for the users.
  • We are able to see reports, the progress reports, leads/potentials to work on on priority.
  • A great option get rid of Spreadsheets to manage customers' data.
  • Sometimes it takes too much time to load.
  • First we got rid of Excel Sheets and the pain it comes with to manage spreadsheets.
  • Sales flow improved with the help from forecasts available each month.
UI is easier and convenient, I mean everything starts with me if it's convenient or not!
