Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We are testing out Zoho functions for our company and it has been informative and interesting. With this tool, we have been able to better deep-dive our social media analytics and more easily answer our messages across platforms. 10/10 Would love to see the function to post across your brands simultaneously, hope that is coming soon!

- Drag & Drop functionality for posting.
- Increased ability to better analyze our social media data.
- Increased team functionality.
- Lower our costs.
We are actively testing multiple social media management tools. To date, our team has elected Zoho over the others in the testing phase. We find the functionalities, analytics, pricing, and team collaboration tools easy to navigate and cuts our workload and work time needed. The only function missing is the ability to post across multiple brands simultaneously and we hope that is added soon!
