Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social offers an amazing all-in-one platform that enabled us to cut down on time spent drafting and sharing posts for our different social media platforms. Zoho Socia gave us a seamless experience when tailoring posts for each platform while also allowing us to schedule them and get analytical insight into these posts.
  • In-depth analytics dashboard that offers very detailed reports helping you understand how your posts and social accounts are performing on a more granular level.
  • YouTube as an added platform is a rare find, and Zoho Social is one of the few platforms we have used that offers this feature.
  • The internal collaboration feature is also another nice to have that enables streamlined communication based on posts to be shared.
  • The bulk schedule feature could use some work in terms of usability.
  • Our engagement and reach across all social networks [have] grown by at least 300% on each platform since we started using Zoho Social.
  • It is now easier to manage each brand separately even when you have a whole agency of social media managers on the team. Permissions and role-based access is smooth sailing.
  • Having the ability to post on YouTube too directly has enabled us to post more regularly via YouTube, from having 1 video every quarter to sharing at least 4 videos per month.
Zoho Social's biggest bargain against all these other tools is that it offers a free version, which is still able to do the job better than you would have been if you didn't have it at all. Apart from offering a free version compared to [its] competitors, the pricing is still close to the best for the value you get when using Zoho Social, along with the amazing features they pack, they have done such a great job of making the platform so easy and straight forward to use even for a beginner.

Zoho Socia's organization within the platform is so simplified, that you basically get to see what's most important or the basics first, and then if interested get to access the complicated stuff, but even with the complex stuff, it doesn't feel like rocket science when you need to schedule posts, repeat them, draft them or even share them for review. The analytics part of it is also pretty straightforward, but finally, the number of platforms it is able to serve is a huge win for me when I am able to easily share my YouTube content through Zoho Social.
I haven't interacted much with Zoho Socia's support team, because there hasn't been [any] need to given that most if not all of the features have been working alright for my team, and given how straightforward usage is, there has been no need for it. However, the one time we reached to them, we were able to get a response under 30 mins even with the timezone difference, and this was very helpful to see that we were able to get a response and our issue resolved within such a short time.
Zoho Social has an amazing sleuth of tools and features on both the mobile and web app that making it easy to manage your socials for either a single brand or multiple brands at the same time, it scheduling, drafting, approval and publishing processes are amazing mostly in a team setup where multiple stakeholders are necessary when making decisions. The ability to assign different users to different brands also comes in handy when wanting to set up different levels of permissions and access for your users.
