ZoomInfo Sales is a modern go-to-market platform for B2B companies. ZoomInfo Sales helps find buyers based on an Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), advanced company attributes, and accurate contact information in B2B. It is used to identify the next customer using data-driven insights and buying signals that reveal companies that are ready to buy.
In my experience, 6sense has better match rates. Match rates are the foundation of an ABM platform. If you can't identify the company, you can't tie the activity to it. All other features are pointless if you can't trust the account data. Aside from that, I think 6sense has …
We chose 6sense because: 6sense offers deeper/better, more actionable AI-driven insights into buyer intent For its comprehensive view across the entire funnel
6sense sales team spent a lot more time with me building out a use case and example to take back to my team. I appreciated the support and felt confident in getting the help I needed to implement the tech.
There is some overlap in some of the intent portions, but they are still different overall. I just need more training to better utilize the platform to its fullest.
Compared to RollWorks and ZoomInfo, 6sense was the top choice for us because of its high industry ranking by Gartner, its data quality, and ability to integrate within our complex tech stack. These were all qualities that helped 6sense outshine the others in addition to the …
6sense was selected because it was seen as an innovative tool, with a customizable algorithm, compared to the other tools that we use it was seen as a more proactive solution.
We've used a couple other ABM softwares. We've done ZoomInfo, we've worked and partnered with RollWorks as well and there are some other quasi ABM tools and features and some other marketing automation platforms that align but not necessarily have the full breadth of experience …
6sense intent signals are more rich and impact-full that anything with Zoominfo. 6sense provides intent signals that are much more attractive for our sellers as it not only provides the intent but identifies where a company might be in their buying journey. That information can …
When it came down to it, we were caught between Demandbase and 6sense. Both tools would have fit our needs, 6sense did a better job overall of selling us on the tool itself, how it can be used, how they use it, and what their future vision entailed. Having the ability to add …
Zoominfo is easier to use within SFDC and upload prospects contact info into SFDC. It also has good insights into their org chart. Their intent scores aren't as useful as 6sense's, though. Leadfeeder provides good insight into the timeframe of how long prospects were on each …
I prefer ZoomInfo cause it gives me weekly intent signals from companies within my territory. To my knowledge, 6sense does not have this capability and is limited to companies imported to salesforce. ZoomInfo allows me to narrow companies and personas to exactly what I need. I …
The only other tool that I have used that is similar to 6sense is Marketo. However, I do not think that this tool was useful either. Again, this tool would be better suited for a BDR. This is not a tool that has helped me as a salesperson. It is very vague and oftentimes …
Although their offering is slightly different, Zoom Info has a real-time website visitor reporting advantage. However, 6sense counterbalances this by providing more in-depth intent data, which eludes more clearly to whether or not the intent is genuine.
The tools are leveraged for different purposes. Salesloft provides tracking information and the ability to create templates and run targeted cadences. Gong is an AI recorder/analysis tool, and 6sense provides more details about specific people/companies showing interest and …
To be fare, 6sense is fantastic for Europe, but not for the US and ZoomInfo Sales is fantastic for the US, but not for Europe. There's a lot more company insight on 6sense that ZoomInfo Sales, and I remember when I first started using both, I did find 6sense more intuitive
For enterprises or even midmarket companies, there is no comparison. ZoomInfo SalesOS is more robust and more accurate than Apollo. Apollo is a good backup, but I would not use Apollo as my primary data source ever. Maybe if I was an SMB or really just wanted to spend the bare …
We have tried Seamless.ai and while they have some decent data, it's not at the level of ZoomInfo SalesOS in terms of accuracy, completeness and volume.
6sense is great when used for sales insight, especially in scenarios where sales teams need to prioritize accounts based on buying intent. When we want to identify which accounts are actively researching a product category or specific keywords, 6sense provides visibility into anonymous website visits and intent signals. 6sense can do better in terms data enrichment—such as updating or verifying contact details before import to CRM. While 6sense offers some enrichment features, tools like ZoomInfo is generally more robust to maintaining accurate contact-level data.
I have found it to work best combined with LinkedIn Sales Nav. I use the filters on the sales navigation search to find people I wish to target, then use the sidebar to export individuals with the correct information into our CRM quickly. That is my bread-and-butter play as a BDR; I'm in there every day. It is also helpful to quickly check a company's revenue and employee count.
I think one of my favorite features are the Bombora Surge topics, I'm able to take a topic that a segment is really highly active in and create an outbound sequence based on that, just targeting certain personas. Like on the buying committee, identifying activity. I can create an end-to-end campaign just with 6sense data.
Zoominfo provides us scoops regarding any new upcoming project or pain points (difficulties) facing by certain companies which helps a lot in our business to contact such companies.
Zoominfo gives us the exaction info such as email address, Direct or Cell phone number of particular contact which we want and we don't get anywhere except zoominfo
Zoominfo has huge database. Intent is one of the favorite section where we get the exact info about the companies/industries which we want
Zoominfo Connects with Hubspot which is another benefit for us to add any specific contact directly to our HubSpot app.
I would love to see more academy and certifications, availability, I think some easier, faster, easy, digestible courses to jump in. Certifications are great but they're very much focused on just those two certifications, so maybe more of a specialization focus on that side as well as some ways to kind of do a quick easy onboarding for first time users or those who have 6sense within their organization but don't know how to jump in and use it right away.
For initial users, the system can be a little overwhelming. A ZoomInfor SalesOS Basics guide could be beneficial to keep new users from feeling lost amongst all the options.
Clearer instructions on how to set targeted search parameters for inbound information would be beneficial.
I love the tool, it makes everything we do more powerful and accurate. I'd shout it from the rooftops any day of the week. Using this tool will take your marketing efforts to the next level, no matter where you're starting from. No need to have prior experience with the tool for it to work for you
I'm not the contact. But I see it is where things are moving and if you don't have the information ZoomInfo gathers and continues to be more honed in on our customer or prospective customers, we will lose any advantages we once had and will be left behind.
The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.
Overall super simple to use. You do not need any training to use it, just a couple of minutes as it is very intuitive. I love using it because it has everything in one place except cadence. The filters on accounts and prospects is very easy to use as well.
We hardly needed any support but in the initial days we got some had to contact support for the product understanding, the suppor t was prompt and they were very quick to resolve any issues. The support team is very helpful and gives a lot of importance to unresolved issues.
It was too fast, too complex, no one could follow along. If you miss a step, you're lost for the rest of the time and there is SO MUCH to learn and keep up with.
There would have nice while providing a great platform to use, to have an in person class to show how it would best serve us and to navigate. Nothing was provided to myself outside of having a sign on and the preloaded steps to get through basic processes
6sense sales team spent a lot more time with me building out a use case and example to take back to my team. I appreciated the support and felt confident in getting the help I needed to implement the tech.
There’s a few not listed. All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is an essential tool if you’re hunting hard and often. The AI functionality is superior to anything else I’ve used. However, if you’re a come and go, now and then prospector you can get by with other search engines that are “static” or seeming to be lacking in current data. LI Sales Nav is great, but you’re not going to get ahold of normal mid level people on there, and contact details are protected. The biggest competitive benefit here is you get everything you could possibly want to know, I’m not aware of any other product that can hang.
One of the big things, I think 6sense does a really good job is increasing the amount of pipeline that is generated within our organization. It's definitely one of the underrated things is I would say mental health, cold calling is very difficult. 6sense really makes it a lot easier to not stress out nearly as much going into these cold calls. Of course it is still going to happen, people are going to hang up, but I felt that people felt more confident going into these phone calls.
