ADP Workforce Now is a leading player and has experience in this space. They are constantly evolving and creating solutions for us, so I know I am not stuck with old technology. They provide news and industry updates that I greatly appreciate and use as one of my main sources of keeping up in the industry. I also take advantage of their webinars as often as I can. There are also so many layers to what they do, and that can sometimes be a challenge to determine who the right person is to talk to. The online help request and ticketing system have been valuable to me to get the help I need. For the most part, there is a very efficient response and only occasionally have I had an issue with not getting a timely reply.

This platform is the best option to consider for those companies that constantly recruit new employees, since it has a functionality to monitor the performance of these new candidates, in addition, it allows to know if these new employees are fulfilling their activities, Deltek monitors fulfilling assignments on a daily basis.Deltek collects data in real time about the tasks performed by employees, performs an automated process to highlight employees who are performing better in their assignments, in addition, it has an excellent compensation system, capable of providing recognitions, certifications and labor bonuses to encourage "top" employees to continue performing their activities. I definitely recommend it for any company, it adapts quickly, it is easy to use and its panel is very simple.

- Running custom reports is an awesome addition but it is complicated for new users.
- The app is not really reliable for the technologically challenged. Maybe add an option to save users and pass on their phone. I do know the app allows for fingerprints, which is nice.

Due to the lack of support from the sales and service center we are looking at other options outside of ADP. Again it is a good system, it just lacks the support it deserves from the company employees. It is just unimaginable that you will need to reach out to a service provider several times for the same issue and not get it resolved.

Global HR management and payroll processing is a complex area. That said, ADP is going a great job with the software platform. Users do need to come into this work with knowledge of what the outcome should be, how the input affects output, how one item affects other items, and more. This is not an area for an entry clerk to be working. Customer service has really ramped up in effectiveness. Cross training so one representative can assist without multiple transfers, has been a big improvement. The online support platform allows for creating a case, following progress and constant communication. Choosing an 8 rating leaves room for the major and exciting changes that are in progress. We look forward to what is rolled out soon based on the ever present feedback from users

In-person training was pretty good - I think this significantly depends on the trainer. Our trainer was really good and showed what ADP can do - but I know that all trainers are not the same - and this truly makes such as difference. Overall, our training went pretty well.

I needed to have more in person walkthroughs of things to ensure the transition was done correctly. Not sure what else I can say, we were part of the initial move to Workforce Now when it was introduced.

Either assign more than one specialist to the implementation process, or assign less clients to the implementation specialist. The process requires attention to detail and the ability to test and re-test as well as verify the information. It also requires a lot of back and forth between the client ant the implementation specialist, so they need to be readily available during the whole implementation process.

ADP is a lot more user friendly both on the administrator and employee side and the reports can be converted to Excel to help when doing various projects for the company. Ceridian is the only one that I have used [in] respect to benefits, so I can't compare any of the other products.

We selected HRSmart at the time because they were the leading up and coming company offering a multi-functional talent management platform on one underlying database. The value proposition was that we were supposed to only have one integration between HRIS and HRSmart.The reality was that the systems weren't as integrated as billed. Compensation was a separate module with separate interfaces and pre-hire didn't talk to post hire very well. We later learned that all clients were on different versions of the software and since then almost all other companies have built true multi-tenant SaaS platforms and offer a much better integrated value proposition.

- Connection to benefit providers and the passage of data on a weekly basis is great, once the carriers are connected properly
- Communication to the retirement provider was presented as immediate and we were led to believe communication and updates would be faster and smoother than we experienced with Paychex, and the communication is virtually the same. We have a much better employer rep with ADP retirement though, and for that, I have saved several hours over time.

- Absolutely improved our candidate managemenr capability. Before we simply had three piles of resumes on our desk for each position (yes, no, and not yet reviewed). HRSmart changed all of that.
- Our cost per hire was positively affected. We were hiring at a high volume and this soltion facilitated us doing that very efficiently.
- Our ability to share candidates across open positions turned out to be a huge plus.
- Not having to copy or scan resumes and send them via interoffice mail was HUGE in terms of efficiency gain.
- HRSmart made it easier for candidates to apply for openings and that increased our applicant flow for open/posted positions. This translates into better hires in the end.
