Pricing starts at $75 per user per month when purchasing 10 user licenses with CMS and LMS capabilities. Discounts are available when purchasing more than 10 user licenses.
Bananatag is very well suited to creating messages that are going to be used on a regular basis but don't require much in the way of changing or amending. It is also a very handy platform to track sending emails and the watermarking technology is very handy. As far as range of designs compared to something like Mailchimp it doesn't compare well.
I think Flockjay is valuable for any organization of any size. We've seen tremendous value, especially compared to legacy LMS & CMS platforms like Highspot and Showpad. I give any enablement professional my highest possible Flockjay recommendation.
Mailtrack is great for tracking emails if you do not want to pay for larger more complicated tools that do the same thing. If you already love your system but just want to add some convenient read tracking, that's exactly what this is for. If you have a system that doesn't work well, I would take the time to evaluate alternatives that also include read tracking (Salesforce for example). This also applies if you're trying to use this for large outbound sales emails - there are a lot of applications that have email tracking built in (Outreach.io is a great example) so it may just be worth switching your whole system.
I can appreciate the level of detail available in the consumption reports to allow me to validate progress per learner
The platform is user-friendly, and most of my participants feel that it is simple to navigate to find the assets they are searching for in the just-in-time training
The exam functionality and visibility for my managers to partner with me in the onboarding experience is key.
It has an amazing UI. Also with a easy learning curve, it is pretty easy to understand and use. It took us a week to get used to the platform as such. I love how easy it is to streamline your tasks.
I would rate Mailtrack's overall usability as a ten out of ten. The reasons for this are actually quite simple. For now, only I have been using Mailtrack. However, looking at the rather easy to use characteristics Mailtrack has to offer, I would not hesitate to recommend it to the rest of my colleagues.
Have not really had many opportunities to use the support function but my experience was limited and a little bit clunky. It was not particularly responsive or helpful in terms of trying to resolve the query I was working on. I think the problem was solved by another member of the team that worked on designing their own template.
I didn't really need to use the customer support but the fact that they proactively make the installation process so easy by providing step by step instructions with videos and everything is kind of pro-active customer support that is needed. Good for them because at the end of the day, it's everyone's dream to use a product that they don't need support for.
Bananatag is a free-standing application that plugs into your email service provider. As such, you do not need to be logged into another application to see the results or the real-time tracking of emails like you would with other email trackers. The free application is great if you just need to track a few outbound emails, but the paid plans offer a much more robust tracking service that would allow you to get any and all information you could desire from an email being tracked
Flockjay is the solutions we went with because it offers a complete package for our sales team. We felt that whilst the other solutions could help the team with training, we felt that Flockjay could help the team engage better due to the interactive learning and real-time feedback. Unlike SalesHood, Flockjay is more personalised and engaging. Also compared to Seismic or MindTickle, Flockjay’s focus on teamwork means we learn from each other, not just from the platform. Ease of use is also important, it keeps us engaged and learning all the time
There's a free tier. Obviously, there are other things to love, like notifications about your email being read, the fact that if an email hasn't been responded to in some time it gets bumped up. The fact that if other people have Mailtrack you will actually get notified who read your email. But the fact that there is a free tier is HUGE.
It seems to have positively impacted internal adoption of sales procedures.
MAU (monthly active users) has dropped precipitously in the customer community compared to our previous LMS. We can't get people to signup for the new platform.
I'm currently using the free version so my investment was time spent downloading the browser extension. I would say it's worth the investment because I can make more value through each email by finding the right time to send replies or know when is the exact time I should follow up.
Knowing when an email is read multiple times helps me know the importance of the content in my email.
The paid version allows Mailtrack to tell you which recipient read the email if there was more than 1.
