Likelihood to Recommend Bigin by
Zoho CRM is suitable for medium-size or small-size companies. In our case, being a small company, all the functions that Bigin by
Zoho CRM offers are more than enough. If in the future we need features that are not currently covered by the platform, we will evaluate the possibility of migrating to
Zoho CRM . But for the moment (until now we had never used a CRM), everything that Bigin by
Zoho CRM offers us fits our needs perfectly. Perhaps for other very large companies, Bigin by
Zoho CRM surely does not cover all needs, although I couldn't give examples.
Read full review ClickUp is fantastic for a company that has a strong emphasis on execution and project management. ClickUp feature set is amongst one of the strongest in the industry. As a software business, we require this sort of feature set for things like sprints, GANTT, agile and much more. ClickUp can be daunting for companies that are looking for basic project management without the bells and whistles. There are other project management providers that have a much simpler platform. If you are a fast growing dynamic tech company I really don't see another option that rivals ClickUp

Read full review We're very pleased with how the system works in general. For over a year we've barely ever had any problems with ClickUp and there might have only been one or two times when it wasn't operational for us due to a global emergency. Moreover, when we had a problem once with renewing our licenses we've been contacted directly by our account manager and taken care of in a very professional way (with a due refund as well). The exceptional customer service makes us firmly believe that ClickUp is just the right tool for us.
Read full review Usability It has some great functions that are very easy to use and user-friendly, however overall it is not a very robust system and the fact that it only does sales and not the rest of the cycle for an organization makes it very limiting. There are a lot of functions that are very basic, but for the price it does offer a lot of value for a smaller company that just needs basic functions to track.
Read full review Far easier to use than any other PM tool. ClickUp is incredibly intuitive and had us saving time and energy within the first week of implementation. In my opinion, PM software should make it easier to focus on the deliverables - it shouldn't take all your time and energy to learn how to use the tool in the first place. ClickUp is a user-friendly tool that actually helps us focus on what's important.
Read full review Reliability and Availability For over a year ClickUp was unavailable to us just twice for a couple of hours. I would say for a system this big and working globally that was a minor issue. They managed to fix all the issues within a couple hours and then it was back up and running perfectly fine.
Read full review Performance I understand that it's a beast and does a lot of things, which is probably why it's laggy. But I do find it takes longer than I'd like to load, and if I am sending a complex document to a client or team member they aren't quite sure if they're getting the right thing at first. This is actually a pretty significant problem - my biggest beef with ClickUp.
Read full review Support Rating The support is all international and it takes a while to get support as you have to go through chats and set up times, not as easy to just call and get the support you need. They are very nice when you do finally connect with someone and they are knowledgeable, just challenging being international sometimes.

They are incredibly respectful and accommodating. Whenever I run into an issue, I know that ClickUp support will be happy to answer any questions and help my team out. When I start a support ticket, I know that I won't be getting sent article recommendations, I will be speaking to their customer support team immediately
Read full review Online Training There are multiple guides on literally all of the functions you can find within the system, therefore it's easy to learn anything you'd really like to use, starting from project and people management, down to Gantts, mind maps, time tracking, inviting Clients as guests to work with you on the projects and so much more.

An organization wanting to start working with ClickUp should simply try it out and see how it would like to adapt its workflow to the possibilities the system gives the users.
Read full review Alternatives Considered The price is much more attractive than equivalent tools. Pipe drive is as good, but the cost is a big factor when you are a small company, especially at the beginning. So that is why we chose BIgin, and we are delighted with it. With five members, it saves a few hundreds of euros a year.
Read full review They are all very similar, but ClickUp was easier to use. The UX design is great, everything falls into place. I didn’t have to train anyone from the team on how to use it. They easily understood how it works. It’s simple, clear and straightforward. Every move you make, it’s actually what you expect it to do.
Read full review Scalability Scaling with ClickUp is superb. If you create a workflow best suited for your organization then it's all about creating new accounts and teaching the new employees the workflow you're using. It's that simple. There is no black magic when it comes to Clickup.
Read full review Return on Investment Reaching more possible customers quickly and with less effort. The fact of being able to automate sending to our contact database, which has previously been tagged and categorized, has allowed us to send information in a more agile way (previously we simply used Outlook, without any type of automation). Automatically consulting all the email history you have with any of the contacts has allowed us to be more efficient and avoid duplication in communications. The process of implementing and integrating Bigin in our company, although it was not difficult, we found some difficulties to synchronize the database loaded in Bigin by Zoho CRM with our Office365 account. Read full review ClickUp has had a positive impact since it has allowed the Global Operations Department to have a consistent collaboration by having this app as a repository of Projects and Programs, which has enabled a faster synchronization and stronger collaboration to better allocate resources. A positive impact is a faster and clearer prioritization process for the executives since this app allows you to have a full picture of what's going on across the board.
