Zoho CRM is a simple, very low-cost CRM option for the smaller end of the SMB segment.
The product has several useful integrations with other products, including QuickBooks, and Google Apps and Google Docs.
The product also has an integrated project management module.
SharpSpring compares very closely with HubSpot. They have many of the same features and abilities, and their pricing is close. We preferred SharpSpring's monthly contracts over HubSpot's which is why we went with them.
As for the other tools you can't really compare. Zoho CRM is …
I found SharpSpring to be the easiest CRM to use. On a scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the easiest to learn and use, I'd give Salesforce a 1, SharpSpring a 5 and the others fall in between. It's customizable, it's easy to update leads, and most of all there are no quirky error …
From my research, SharpSpring has every functionality that is needed to effectively deliver omnichannel sales and marketing solutions for most businesses. It is ahead of the market in terms of dynamic personalisation, automation, and retargeting. In terms of value for money, it …
SharpSpring has in some way more features than the top 5 solutions, but it's way easier to use, not to mention the price. SharpSpring is almost a tenth of the price and is a monthly-based payment solution. Every other star destroyer promisess a lot of features but you need to …

SharpSpring is the best tool for the quality/price among the 3 mentioned above. SharpSpring also allows the user to use the marketing and sales tools together.
SharpSpring was the most affordable option for my small agency and my clients. It was also the only one with an agency-focused model, allowing me to offer the platform to my clients without exorbitant cost to my agency. The marketing automation capabilities are the most robust …
The transition from Zoho to SharpSpring has seemed to be an easy one for most of our team. Everyone seems to know how to navigate the SharpSpring platform well. As a whole, SharpSpring works better for our company's and our clients' needs. I enjoy working with the templates and …
So I feel like Zoho does not have the best support and their offerings are not that well integrated. I felt like I was switching functions and dashboards all of the time with poor linkages.
Zoho was ok for tracking the life of our clients, meetings, and emails, but we never saw the capabilities we are seeing with SharpSpring. Automation and workflow mapping are simply amazing.
I like the simplicity of SharpSpring vs. Salesforce and the more robust set of marketing automation features vs. Zoho

Before SharpSpring, we were juggling a lot of different platforms. We had data and customer information across Zoho, Mailchimp, Radario, and more. We've found that SharpSpring has not only made us more organized, but it's been able to streamline a lot of our marketing campaigns …
We like SharpSpring the best because of the Life of the Lead feature. We did not really see that feature on other marketing systems. Also, the price of the system and the agency model is a better value than those other systems. Finally, we like the staff as they are very …
I selected SharpSpring due to the value. While most of the products I evaluated and/or have used have much of the same functionality, you often have to purchase a bigger package or more user licenses to allow the entire team to have the functionality. As well, the limits on the …
The user interface is much better than Zoho. It is not as feature-rich as HubSpot, but most people don't need that. Not worth the extra money for most clients.

SharpSpring is much easier to use and customize in comparison to Zoho.
I really like the way automation is built into this platform, they are easy and visual. The dashboard is very insightful in comparison to other tools and platforms. It is very easy to use and analyze our sales pipeline, just by drag and drop to the next stage and by reading …
SharpSpring feels like the millennial version of Zoho and HubSpot. Shinier, cleaner, and more features. In addition to that, the service consolidation (e-mail marketing, landing pages, social media) was a big selling point for my organization. Zoho and HubSpot do these things …
SharpSpring is a significantly more robust system. Zoho did not have any capabilities for marketing automation and was rather mediocre in a bunch of different areas. SharpSpring, on the other hand, has way more marketing automation features. However, SharpSpring's reports and …
We tested half a dozen products over the year prior to landing on SharpSpring, including many of the industry leaders. Those tools were often were too expensive or too feature-poor to meet the needs of our quickly growing agency, and also required expensive investments in …

There will always be alternatives to every single platform. The sharpspring staff will assess your use case to see if the platform is the right fit.
Sharpspring has much better features and still has great support! I've never had any kind of problems. Aside from being more professional, I've seen an improvement in my productivity by working on a single system.
SharpSpring is great for creating and tracking campaigns that span multiple channels. With the Salesforce integration, we are able to keep our Sales team focused inside Salesforce without them needing to learn a new tool. Our Marketing team uses SharpSpring to nurture leads before handing them off to the Sales team. Though the features are available, SharpSpring would not be suitable for social media management or blogs; our third-party tools do a better job at that.
We searched different CRM platforms and noticed that ZOHO was well-priced, but some reviews said it didn't support forms well. IN our case, we already had forms on our wp site, so we did not need to use that aspect. instead, we used an integrator, so I don't have a review on that aspect of the CRM as we're not using that feature. This works for our company, so we are not using the standard automation with zoho forms
Their Emailers are very easy to construct and user-friendly. It takes your Newsletter and sales emails to the next level, especially with the action groups and trigger functionalities.
The life of the lead functionality allows you to see when leads get warmer, so you know when to send them what. Helps improve conversions.
The landing page builder is a bit hard to use. Doesn’t have much flexibility.
Sometimes confusing between types of workflows to use. Opportunity versus visual.
If you imported contacts that weren’t formatted correctly. It is hard to delete a bull amount. Need to type DELETE for each one manually. No bull options to make changes.
We have been very impressed with all aspects of this software and the potential for it to radically change how we operate is huge! Support has been exceptional and we have discovered many extra uses for the software than originally thought. Not only will it give us benefits for our company's growth, but for our client's growth as well.
Zoho has been a wonderful tool for us for several years and there is so much more we can do with it. New features are released often which give a team like us the option to further fine tune our business process management techniques. I honestly couldn't imagine running our business not on Zoho.
This rating is coming from an administrative perspective. With so many features, workflows, dashboards, and more, there is certainly a lot going on, and even the most savvy software user can get a little overwhelmed when trying to decide how to best implement and utilize the platform to its full potential. That being said, the SharpSpring platform is well-implemented and well-organized, with most solutions being fairly intuitive, once you have a grasp of the software. It is fairly easy to learn, but difficult to master. Just like any powerful platform, however, the complexity is worth it, and once you are comfortable navigating and problem solving within SharpSpring, it becomes a great marketing and sales tool which can do virtually anything you need it to.
The methodology of the 'out of the box' user interface is fairly easy to learn. In some cases however, the interface is not consistent throughout the software. Upgrades to the interface has certainly improved some of this--- but now we are seeing the same kinds of inconsistencies across Zoho apps, particularly those more recently added to their platform. This issue is not major in that everybody on staff seems able to learn how to work the programs--- it's just annoying and less than efficient when inconsistent user interfaces or inconsistent terms are used in the programs and/or the requisite documentation.
The support is great which really helps overcome challenges if you become stuck and the training videos are great too. Same-day replies are great and I even got some help with some CSS code on the chat. Not many organizations would do this or even respond.
We did the training and that was a huge waste of money. The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). I offered up a 9 because we were able to find what we needed on your website.
Overall I would say to be patient and bring everyone who will be touching the platform to the onboarding sessions. The Virtual Classroom lets you onboard as quickly or slowly as you want. Sales, marketing, design, account management, get 'em all in on it. For the most part, they will be happy to use this platform. I recommend getting as many people as possible to see the SharpSpring demo.
When you switch CRMs, you can automatically assume everything isn’t going to match up correctly. We had used Salesforce for 10+ years and had a ton of data and customizations. It was not a clean transfer, but we were able to sort it all out. The only issue that really bothered me was Zoho support. Even simple questions couldn’t be answered over chat, and we would have some team members try for hours to find the right answer
We use different CRMs for different clients, mostly due to budget and other requirements. SharpSpring from Constant Contact is in the middle, price-wise, but is slightly more user-friendly than ActiveCampaign when it comes to certain things, such as drip campaigns and workflows. Though the price can be prohibitive to some clients, it is extremely robust. I definitely prefer the list-building, the ability to send smart emails and the WYSIWYG editor.
Zoho is the only product we have used. Our company is fairly new and before purchasing Zoho a few years ago, client files were only saved and looked at through our company server. Because of how great Zoho has been, we have never considered looking for another product because there really is no need
I think Zoho CRM is priced at a reasonable amount. Simply put, you get what you pay for and Zoho does not disappoint. My organization is comfortable with what we pay and pleased with continually renewing the software. The billing frequency is just right. There are no complaints on our end
In addition to being a user of Zoho CRM, we are a reseller as well. Often, at times our Partners request for on-boarding the platform configuration for them. During such requirements, we have utilized the Professional services team directly from the Zoho CRM team. Our partner feedback was quite positive, throughout.
Streamlined Processes - sales and marketing are now all in the same place.
Reduced Number of Platforms/Tools - CRM/lead management, email, automation, landing pages, forms, etc are all in the same place rather than using multiple tools.
Time-saving - sales pipeline is very easy to use for sales. For marketing, we have dozens of workflows that eliminate much of our manual processes from the past.
Return on Investment - We're more focused on moving the building the business than ever before because SharpSpring has simplified so many of our business operations and we're seeing massive results!
Lead generation - Up SIGNIFICANTLY (between 3x & 4x) since setting up SharpSpring.
We have bi- weekly meetings based solely on a dashboard created with our highest profitable cases. This keeps those cases on everybody's radar so nothing slips through the cracks.
Salespeople can easily see what customers can be contacted again for future business
The Zoho CRM helps us keep track of funds spent in progress, so that we don't overspend.
