LeadIQ is much more feature-rich than alternatives. The fact that you can capture to existing accounts as contacts are huge and saves a great deal of time. The Chrome Extension is much less intrusive than Lead411's. I still use Lead411 pretty regularly though. I find myself …
Prior to adopting Cronycle, our research team had a variety of different ways in which they would discover, store and share information. These methods were often inconsistent, with many smaller teams or sub-groups of researchers operating independently of others. In many cases, content that was potentially useful to more than one colleague was not being shared at all. We had thousands of different sources, accessed through varying methods and stored in different locations/systems, and very few colleagues would have had an idea of which sources other team members were using. Furthermore, we became aware as a team that while between us we were pulling in a lot of information, much of what was being discovered was not necessarily being acted upon, or indeed being read by the colleague to whom it was most relevant. We also needed to become more targeted, and indeed more selective, in the information we were seeing, and Cronycle -specifically through the Sources Library, the Feeds, and the tagging and notification functionality - has enabled us to do just this. There has been a genuinely transformative outcome to our information gathering ability, borne out by specific metrics, which Cronycle has also provided us with via the Enterprise account.
It is well suited for reaching prospects across a vast array of industries; lead generation, planning for meetings (let's me know who might be attending from the client side and allows me to view their LinkedIn account ahead of time. I wouldn't use it for B2C sales or inexperienced sales support people. One still needs to determine which contacts to download.
I think LeadIQ is a great tool. It helps me with prospecting, writing emails, finding information about prospects, etc. I use it daily when writing emails and trying to find people to reach out to. It works well with CRM integration, and most of the time, the extension and scribe functions are working. Sometimes, the numbers are not accurate.
Most importantly --- The DATA is accurate and the platform is straight-forward and simple to use. The native connection to our CRM environment "completes the requirement" from our standpoint. A "10 out of 10"...
From my experiences and interactions, the culture of the organization is exceptionally focused on customer satisfaction! We've been more than pleased with EVERY SINGLE interaction with Lead411....they go out of their way to be of assistance. A "10 out of 10"...
Capturing contact and lead information: Name, Designation, Phone Numbers, Work Email Address, Company board line number - almost every single data point one needs in lead or demand generation. The checkmark for verified information is a cherry on the cake.
LeadIQ integrates with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and even SalesLoft pretty well. A simple click of a button from LSN can import the lead into Salesforce. A boon for any Outbound sales team. Additionally, capturing multiple contacts in a single go as well as importing them into a cadence is a time--saver.
It's also a community. Since users can suggest changes to make lead information more accurate as well as the option to request more information on a particular lead.
For some reason logging on for a few months does not go as easy as usual, because nowadays I need a least two attempts to log in.
I think I do only use the core functionality of Cronycle: getting indication info by keywords via multiple sites.
Vice versa: if people come to me with a suspected issue, I double-check via Cronycle by entering that issue as search in found results. A low occurrence often indicates the suspected issue likely is not so severe.
Ability to search contacts and companies by actual street and physical address is not there yet. This is extremely helpful when trying to strategically work a particular neighborhood where you're trying to build up your own individual name and brand recognition. It's also a way of keeping others in the sales force from stepping on the toes or duplicating efforts of another sales rep.
Rocky start to using it - but good follow up with customer service.
It can create duplicates in salesforce sometimes which is a headache for some departments who require salesforce to be our pure data source.
Sometimes the numbers aren't correct for the right individual - it gets numbers from wrong people with the same name - this has only happened a couple of times, very rare.
We have been very happy with LeadIQ for the past several years. They have quality data at a fair price and that is the most important thing for us. Their product continues to grow and expand and they are great to work with from a customer experience point of view.
I would rate Lead411’s overall usability a 9 out of 10. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and provides quick access to accurate data. Features like advanced search filters and integrations make it seamless for sales teams. Minor improvements could be made in global data coverage, but overall, it’s highly efficient and user-friendly.
the data pool of contacts and lead info could be better compared to the other software competitors. The software is still quite easy to use and it has an extension which makes it easy to work side by side with either linkedin or salesforce. One item that doesn't work well which the rep showed us was pulling up the account page on salesforce and LeadIQ being able to pull up the company details based on the domain. That isn't working for us. Perhaps it's the industry we're in.
Any issues with the platform have always been resolved quickly. I have never previously worked with a third party software provider whose support team is as responsive.
I have yet to contact LeadIQ regarding support for the tool. Usability is pretty straight forward, and I was trained well to use the tool properly. I am giving the rating of a five since I can not say I have had contact with the support team.
Hootsuite publication prep and scheduling is great, better than Cronycl (a manual process) Cronycl management of feeds, filtering creation of topical boards are excellent, Hootsuite doesn't offer this. Cronycle I find it easier, more attractive, and better filtering than Buffer, though Buffer was slightly better at the publication prep.
ZoomInfo certainly is class when it comes to its capabilities. That said, if you're in a heavy outbound role and you just want to get down to the nitty gritty Lead411 is a cost effective measure to get you the information you need to be as successful as you can possibly be.
The user experience and design of the platform + the data health were far superior to UpLead and the other tools I demoed. I was also impressed by the pricing structure and the ability for me to pick and choose my plan or customize based on the sales team numbers and team capacity.
So far not a happy customer. We have had a few positive results but for the most part, all phone numbers are relatively inaccurate or they are personal numbers scraped from LinkedIn. When calling a personal number, people are surprised and find it intrusive.
We would not recommend this service until it invests more into correct corporate switchboard numbers at the bare minimum. Currently, these are often incorrect.
