Overall Satisfaction with LeadIQ
We use Lingotek to find our prospects and their contact information in several different ways. We use it for one-off contact information look-up. We use LeadIQ in conjunction with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build prospecting lists. We also use LeadIQ to verify company technographic information. In all three instances, LeadIQ has proven to have quality data.
Pros

Cons
- I would love to see the ability to upload accounts to Salesforce rather than just leads or contacts
- I would love more detailed filtering and capabilities along with a boolean search for things like Title rather than a picklist
- LeadIQ has had a positive impact on the time that it takes our reps to find the right contact info for their prospects
- LeadIQ has had a positive impact on the amount of event marketing that we are able to do because of the unlimited email address capabilities
There are companies that specialize in many things in this vertical, but I feel like the quality of data that we have experienced with LeadIQ is on par, if not better, than the other companies that we looked at. Our reps don't get bogged down with a lot of metadata as well, which makes it so that they can be quick in their job and not get sidetracked with other info on the lead/account.

Using LeadIQ
10 - Our SDR team and our Account Executive teams use LeadIQ. They consist of full cycle sales reps, sales development reps, and regional account executives. Our sales operations team also uses LeadIQ to help supplement the sales team with large scale campaigns. It has been a valuable tool for all of our departments that are using it.
1 - There really isn't anything to say here. The system has supported itself and we just have one admin that helps make sure we are utilizing the tool effectively. No maintenance or input has been required from anyone else.
