We switched to Groove from Cirrus Insight, which was extremely unreliable & buggy. We also demo'd Ebsta, but my sales team preferred the user experience Groove offered; they found it smoother & a more natural integration with Salesforce and Gmail.

  • Groove is excellent for the use case of improving sales representative and customer success representative productivity and data quality when used alongside Salesforce. It is a Salesforce focused tool. You should definitely consider Groove if you are a current Salesloft / Outreach user and you also use Salesforce.
  • Groove would not be a good fit for an organization not using Salesforce.

Suited if you want to hear old calls. Not suited for teaching new SDR's how to talk or what a good call is and why. Kixie doesn't transcribe either.

  • Groove helps us streamline our day-to-day events, meetings, and tasks with the help of the Calendar Booking feature.
  • Groove helps us save a lot of time on typing long letters when we explain our products to our customers with the help of their Templates feature.

  • Kixie integrates seamlessly with our CRM (Zoho), meaning it updates call notes directly on the customer's CRM profile.
  • The one-click dialing feature directly through our CRM is a great feature. It's so simple; just search for a name, one-click, and you are on the phone.
  • The local presence feature is a nice touch for cold calls. It provides a local area code when cold calling to increase the likelihood of an answer to the call.

I actually don't have any complaint regarding groove. It's just that I will give 9 since I confidently believe that there'd be updates in the future which would be more optimal not just for us users but for the business as well. The only regret I have with groove is I was not able to use it before the current company that I'm employed

I have used Dialpad. Dialpad is great, and Groove in my opinion does everything Dialpad does. Dialpad lacks the automation, which makes me feel that Groove is much better. I have not used any other CRMS besides these two, but I do believe Groove is light years ahead of Dialpad.

Kixie
Kixie integrated much better with our CRM (Zoho) than CrazyCall. In addition, Kixie had increased reporting features that CrazyCall did not offer--CrazyCall's reporting was limited and not detailed enough for our purposes. Lastly, at the time, CrazyCall did not have the inbound call services that Kixie offered. In fact, CrazyCall did not have any inbound services when we were using the software.

  • Reduced several hours a week of logging time in Salesforce that either wouldn't get done or would have been done to the detriment of more value add activities.
  • Saves hours per week by delivering actionable/useful info from Salesforce into Gmail
  • Gives me valuable insight on what emails are being opened and read. This helps plan targeting.

It's better sales, made simple.Screenshot of We’ve revolutionized how salespeople engage with prospects, making it automatic and natural. Kixie’s core benefit for agents lies in its ability to touch leads when they are engaged. In the past, agents simply dialed through a list of numbers, hoping to get someone on the phone. Those 👏 days 👏 are 👏 gone 👏. There are more ways to communicate than ever. People are busier than ever. Kixie helps break through the noise and close deals.Screenshot of With Kixie, sales managers coach stronger teams that close more opportunities. It's a powerful ally for sales managers. The training challenge for sales leaders lies in applying past learning to new deals to ensure as many opportunities as possible are closed. Kixie helps make sure agents are communicating the right message at the right time.Screenshot of At its core, Kixie is a world-class phone & text service designed to help sales teams, anywhere, prosper. Ever heard a sales agent say something like: “If I can just get a lead on the phone, I close the deal nearly every time!” 🤔 The modern sales organization needs more than a dumb dialer. They need an intelligent platform that proactively helps agents connect with leads. A great platform also plays nicely with other systems. With Kixie agents are always one step ahead — and it can be installed in just three minutes.
