HubSpot Sales Hub is perfect for my role in the software world. Any SaaS company should use HubSpot Sales Hub to keep track of their deals and accounts. I don't have much experience working in other industries with HubSpot Sales Hub, but I'm sure that there are some use cases where smaller companies that don't need as many tech integrations would find HubSpot Sales Hub as over kill.

Salesloft is best suited for outbound campaigns with multiple touchpoints, it helps you reduce manual steps which saves you a lot of time. It also helps team managers to track their team's performance well. It's not suited for an industry that operates on Sunday such as Dubai or the Middle East as you cannot have call steps acting on the weekend and that's a major limitation there.

  • Cadences: These make it super easy/efficient to organize your prospects and customers.

  • I find the interface to be a bit unorganized and sometimes the information added about projects looks clogged which sometimes makes it difficult to access specific information.
  • Sometimes we have to deal with different currencies because we have clients all over the world but the exchange rate tool is not always accurate, causing us to slow down our work.

  • With great tools comes great responsibility - you NEED training and enablement for this tool.
  • Being able to get a dialer phone number in a desired area is spotty, some of our major markets never have a number available in that area code.
  • It'd be great if we could change the Person layouts - there's information that we'd like to display and we're limited to just showing a few custom fields.

Also taking into account the great training and support for HubSpot Sales available from HubSpot, including HubSpot Academy.

      Since we launched HubSpot Sales Hub into our organisation's tech stack, we've experienced a smooth transition and implementation process for those using this solution. The ease of use and the interface experience is amazing and that was a main priority for us in the purchasing phase. So far, we've been nothing but very happy with the support, implementation, and ongoing development of our sales team adapting to the solution. Highly recommend it for usability and functionality!

      SalesLoft is a fantastic product that will be extremely helpful to any Sales Rep looking to organize their information and stay one step ahead. While it has its shares of quirks and bugs it proves to be an awesome tool for anyone that is in the sales industry.

      Oh my goodness HubSpot Support is just amazing. I submitted a question/issue to them yesterday and by this morning I had this response:
      "Hi Stephanie, I hope this finds you well and thanks so much for your patience while I was working to update the extension with my team. We were actually able to push through an update yesterday afternoon which set the default lifecycle stage to lead in the sidebar. If you take a look now, that should be in place. If it has not updated yet, I would recommend uninstalling and re-installing the sales extension so an updated version and be pushed through. Again, I want to say that I sincerely appreciate that you took the time to reach out to us and help us iron this out. HubSpot really values constructive feedback with real use-case backing to help push it along. So, thank you!"

      It was not only SUPER easy to implement, we had some amazing support from HubSpot. They scheduled a call to go over each individual tool with our team and provided guidance and best practices plus answered any questions are new users had. It was wonderful and really helped them get started confidently

      Mostly my experience was with Buildertrend. It's a great platform for jobs in construction. It does everything we need and we will likely stick with it forever. BUT... We did not feel that it has anything compared to Hubspot in terms of Sales and Marketing Tools. Buildertrend is fantastic for official, contracted, construction jobs that are being completed but not so much for the massive pool of thousands of leads coming and going. It just would never keep up with Hubspot Sales Hub or Marketing Hub.

      we used Yesware mainly to create template emails and to see the opening of our emails. SalesLoft is winning by far as the product is much more complete, allows more automation, calendar functionality and so on. Our company selected SalesLoft because it was recommended to us and it has honestly changed my daily job.

      • Positively it allows us to keep track of all our clients so that we don't miss anything and lose a potential client. So we can handle more clients at the same time.
      • Our old CRM allowed us to automatize a lot of email follow ups, with HubSpot the functionality is there you just have to pay more to have it.
      • Everything is more organized and following our process through HubSpot we have been able to close more deals than in years before.

      • Improved Productivity - saving time on admin duties like booking meetings or sending emails at the "right" times each week.
      • Increased email responses - seeing when prospects open my emails and contacting them shortly after is a godsend, especially because there is a new Seismic integration that allows me to see how long they viewed supporting documents or proposals.
      • Opportunity Tracking - the stages and tags that are under each person in SalesLoft allow me to review all of the actions I've taken with a prospect without having to dig through old email chains.
